इसी क्रम में समान नागरिक संहिता हेतु नामित जनपदीय नोडल अधिकारी द्वारा अपने जिले में कार्यरत समस्त विवाहित कार्मिकों के विवाह पंजीकरण समयबद्ध रूप से पूर्ण कराया जाएगा। इस सम्बन्ध में प्रत्येक जनपद द्वारा नियमित रूप से आख्या सचिव, गृह, उत्तराखण्ड शासन को उपलब्ध करायी जाएगी। मुख्य सचिव ने कहा है कि प्रत्येक विभाग में संबंधित अपर मुख्य सचिव/प्रमुख सचिव/सचिव द्वारा एक नोडल अधिकारी नामित किया जाए, जो अपने विभाग के विवाहित कार्मिकों के विवाह पंजीकरण सुनिश्चित कराएगा।

इसी तरह सभी विभागाध्यक्ष अपने अधीनस्थ विवाहित कर्मचारियों को निर्देशित करें कि वे अपने विवाह का UCC पोर्टल पर अनिवार्य रूप से पंजीकरण कराएं। सभी जिलाधिकारी और विभागाध्यक्ष यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि यह कार्य समयबद्ध रूप से पूरा हो और इसकी साप्ताहिक रिपोर्ट सचिव, गृह, उत्तराखण्ड शासन को भेजी जाएगी।
