जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया किया ओवरब्रिज निर्माण नियत समय पर पूर्ण हो जाना चाहिए जिला प्रशासन इसकी मॉनिटिरिंग करेगा इसके लिए एसडीएम व एक्सियन लोनिवि को नोडल अधिकारी नामित कर दिया है। जो रेलवे के अधिकारियों से गार्डर ब्रिज पलेसमेंट एवं निर्माण में समन्वय एवं निर्माण कार्यों की क्लोज मॉनिटिरिंग करेंगे। जिलाधिकारी स्वयं इस कार्यों की मॉनिटिरिंग कर रहे हैं।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि शहर के बीचो-बीच वर्षों से आधे-अधूरे छोड़े गए प्रोजेक्ट से जहां जनमानस को असुविधा हो रही है वहीं शहर वासियों जाम की स्थिति का सामना करना पड़ रहा है जोकि सही नही है। भंडारीबाग रेलवे ओवर ब्रिज (आरओबी) परियोजना से सहारनपुर रोड पर वाहनों के दबाव को कम करने और क्षेत्रों में लगने वाले जाम से निजात दिलाने के उद्देश्य से शुरू की गई थी। परियोजना का उद्देश्य भंडारी बाग को रेसकोर्स चौक से जोड़ना है, जिससे प्रिंस चौक और हरिद्वार रोड के बीच आवागमन आसान हो सके।
