देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सामाजिक सुरक्षा योजनाओं के अंतर्गत पात्रता परीक्षण, सत्यापन एवं भुगतान प्रक्रिया को और अधिक सुदृढ़ तथा त्वरित बनाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही न हो और योजनाओं का लाभ अंतिम व्यक्ति तक निर्बाध रूप से पहुंचे।

मुख्यमंत्री ने आज मुख्यमंत्री आवास में समाज कल्याण विभाग की विभिन्न सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजनाओं के अंतर्गत जनवरी 2026 माह की पेंशन राशि का वन-क्लिक प्रणाली के माध्यम से लाभार्थियों के बैंक खातों में भुगतान किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहल राज्य सरकार की तकनीक आधारित, पारदर्शी और संवेदनशील शासन व्यवस्था को मजबूत करती है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि जनवरी 2026 में राज्य के 9,47,345 पात्र लाभार्थियों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन का लाभ प्रदान किया गया। इसके अंतर्गत ₹141 करोड़ 66 लाख 51 हजार की राशि डायरेक्ट बेनिफिट ट्रांसफर (DBT) के माध्यम से लाभार्थियों के खातों में हस्तांतरित की गई, जिसमें नियमित पेंशन के साथ एरियर भुगतान भी शामिल है।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि DBT और वन-क्लिक भुगतान प्रणाली से न केवल भ्रष्टाचार पर प्रभावी नियंत्रण स्थापित हुआ है, बल्कि लाभार्थियों को बिना किसी कार्यालयी प्रक्रिया के सीधे सहायता राशि प्राप्त हो रही है, जिससे शासन और नागरिकों के बीच विश्वास सुदृढ़ हुआ है।

उन्होंने बताया कि वृद्धावस्था पेंशन योजना के अंतर्गत सर्वाधिक लाभार्थियों को सहायता प्रदान की गई, वहीं विधवा, दिव्यांग, किसान, परित्यक्ता, भरण-पोषण अनुदान, तीलू रौतेली एवं बौना पेंशन योजनाओं के माध्यम से भी हजारों पात्र नागरिकों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा का संबल मिला।

मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में पेंशन योजनाओं के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन का परिणाम यह है कि 01 दिसंबर 2025 से 03 फरवरी 2026 की अवधि में 15,784 नए लाभार्थियों को सामाजिक सुरक्षा पेंशन योजनाओं से जोड़ा गया। साथ ही पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित करते हुए 1,523 अपात्र एवं मृतक लाभार्थियों के नाम पोर्टल से हटाए गए।

डिजिटल पेंशन पोर्टल, स्वतः आयु-पात्रता पहचान और नियमित मॉनिटरिंग के सकारात्मक परिणाम सामने आए हैं। अप्रैल 2024 से जनवरी 2026 के बीच 60 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करते ही 428 पात्र नागरिकों को स्वतः वृद्धावस्था पेंशन की स्वीकृति दी गई।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा,
“राज्य सरकार का संकल्प है कि समाज की अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पारदर्शिता और समयबद्धता के साथ पहुंचे। पेंशन योजनाएं केवल आर्थिक सहायता नहीं, बल्कि सम्मानजनक जीवन का आधार हैं।” इस अवसर पर अपर सचिव संदीप तिवारी सहित समाज कल्याण विभाग के अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
