महानिदेशक सूचना श्री बंशीधर तिवारी ने कहा सरकार एवं आमजन के बीच में संवाद के माध्यम से समन्वय स्थापित करने में सूचना अधिकारियों की अहम भूमिका होती है। राज्य सरकार की प्रभावशाली महत्वपूर्ण एवं आमजन के लिए बनाई गई योजनाओं के व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार एवं सही लाभार्थी तक योजना को पहुंचाने में भी सूचना अधिकारी अपनी भूमिका निभाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा मीडिया के साथ समन्वय स्थापित कर व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार से सभी सूचना अधिकारियों ने राज्य को आगे बढ़ाने के अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभानी है।

महानिदेशक सूचना ने कहा कि प्रिंट, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक एवं नई दौर के डिजिटल मिडिया के साथ प्रतिनिधियों के साथ सभी सूचना अधिकारी लगातार संवाद करते रहें। मीडिया, पत्रकारों के साथ सभी सूचना अधिकारी बेहतर से बेहतर संबंध रखें।
