सचिव डॉ. आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने बताया है कि मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना की गाइडलाइन में संशोधन के बाद इस योजना के प्रति लोगों की तेजी से रूचि बढ़ी। अभी इस योजना के तहत 174 मेगावाट की परियोजनाओं पर कार्य गतिमान हैं। इस योजना के तहत टिहरी, उत्तरकाशी और चम्पावत जिला में काफी अच्छा कार्य हो रहा है। मोरी तहसील के कुकरेड़ा गांव में सोलर के साथ अदरक की खेती का कार्य भी हो रहा है। एक ही भूमि का दो तरीके से सदुपयोग किया जा रहा है।
सचिव डॉ. आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर योजना के तहत राज्य में आवेदनों के डिस्पोजल रेट के हिसाब से उत्तराखण्ड देश में पहले नम्बर पर है। इस योजना में भी राज्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। राज्य सरकार द्वारा भी इस योजना के तहत सब्सिडी दी जा रही है। आगामी दो-तीन साल में राज्य के सभी शासकीय भवनों में सोलर रूफ टॉप लगाये जायेंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य में स्मॉल हाइड्रो पावर पॉलिसी भी संशोधित की गई है, इसके तहत छह प्रोजेक्ट में निविदा की जा चुकी है। इसके अतिरिक्त कुल 19 प्रोजेक्ट और पाइपलाइन में हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इन्वेस्टर समिट के दौरान भी स्मॉल हाइड्रो प्रोजेक्ट को लेकर कंपनियों ने रुचि दिखाई गई है।
राज्य में पंप्ड स्टोरेज प्लांट पॉलिसी भी बनाई गई है। इसमें इन्वेस्टर समिट के अंतर्गत दिल्ली में हुए रोड शो में जेएसडब्लू ग्रुप ने अपनी रूचि दिखाई थी। कंपनी ने उस समय 15 हजार करोड़ का एमओयू हस्ताक्षरित किया था जिसमें से 8 हजार करोड़ के इन्वेस्टमेंट प्रपोजल की फ़ाइल स्वीकृति हो चुकी है और बहुत ही जल्द उसके अलॉटमेंट आर्डर एक समारोह में प्रदान किए जाएंगे। यह प्रोजेक्ट अल्मोड़ा में प्रस्तावित है। इसके अलावा अन्य कंपनियों ने भी पंपड स्टोरेज प्लांट में अपनी रुचि दर्शायी है।
प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर योजना और मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना, राज्य में ऊर्जा उत्पादन के साथ-साथ स्वरोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ाने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। सौर ऊर्जा के माध्यम से न केवल राज्य के दूर-दराज के क्षेत्रों में बिजली की आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित की जाएगी, बल्कि युवाओं और ग्रामीणों को अपने गांवों में रोजगार के अवसर भी मिल रहे हैं। यह पहल स्वच्छ ऊर्जा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए भी महत्वपूर्ण है।
