सूचना एवं लोक सम्पर्क विभाग, उत्तराखण्ड द्वारा संचालित गीत एवं नाट्य योजना के अन्तर्गत शासन की नीतियों, निर्णयों, उपलब्धियों तथा कार्यकलापों के प्रचार-प्रसार हेतु विभिन्न विधाओं में सांस्कृतिक दलों के पंजीकरण हेतु दिनांक 13 से 20 मई, 2025 तक देहरादून में तथा दिनांक 26 से 30 मई, 2025 तक हल्द्वानी (नैनीताल) में चयन परीक्षण/साक्षात्कार आयोजित किया गया था, जिसके उपरांत सांस्कृतिक दलों का पंजीकरण एवं संचालन नियमावली – 2002 में उल्लिखित प्राविधानों के अन्तर्गत उक्त चयन परीक्षण/साक्षात्कार के आधार पर उपयुक्त पाए गए सांस्कृतिक दलों का आगामी 03 वर्षों की अवधि के लिए नियमावली में निर्धारित नियमों एवं शर्तों के अधीन तथा उपलब्ध कराये गये जाति प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर (स्पेशल कंपोनेन्ट प्लान एवं जनजाति उपयोजना के अन्तर्गत) पंजीकरण किया गया है, जिसमें जनपद रूद्रप्रयाग से नुक्कड़ नाटक हेतु उत्सव ग्रुप उत्तराखण्ड, दल नेता डॉ राकेश भट्ट, तथा एक्सैल डेवलपमेन्ट एण्ड एजुकेशन दल, दलनेता भरत सिंह का पंजीकरण किया गया है, वृहद सांस्कृतिक दल हेतु देवभूमि उत्तराखंड सांस्कृतिक कला मंच दलनेता अनिल कुमार, मद्महेश्वर घाटी लोक सांस्कृतिक कला मंच दलनेता मदन सिंह राणा तथा बच्छणस्यू मन्डाण ग्रुप दल नेता अंकित सिंह का पंजीकरण किया गया है इसके अतिरिक्त लोकगीत विधा में जय माँ हरियाली सांस्कृतिक कला मंच दल नेता राकेश का पंजीकरण किया गया है।
