उत्तराखंड में स्वास्थ्य के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का शुभारंभ सूबे के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत द्वारा किया गया। क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट के शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा स्वास्थ्य दूत ‘हैल्थ मैस्कट’ डॉ. भनूली का अनावरण भी किया।

उत्तराखंड में स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए एक अनूठी पहल के रूप में, उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग (UHPL) क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का आयोजन 14 अक्टूबर से 20 अक्टूबर तक महाराणा प्रताप स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज, देहरादून में किया जा रहा है। जिसमें राज्य के विभिन्न सरकारी विभागों की आठ टीमें प्रतिभाग कर रही हैं जो कि एक विशेष स्वास्थ्य संबंधित थीम पर मैच खेल रही है।

उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट में राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (एन.एच.एम.) संपूर्ण टीकाकरण, सिडकुल उत्तराखंड तंबाकू नियंत्रण, इनकम टैक्स विभाग क्षय उन्मूलन, खाद्य नागरिक आपूर्ति एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग मातृत्व स्वास्थ्य, यूपीसीएल गैर संचारी रोग, पोस्ट ऑफिस जल जनित रोग, पीडब्ल्यूडी मानसिक स्वास्थ्य व सीएमओ देहरादून शिशु स्वास्थ्य पर आधारित थीम पर मैच खेल रही है।

सोमवार को हुए उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट के शुभारंभ अवसर पर सूबे के स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि इस टूर्नामेंट का उद्देश्य आम जनमानस को स्वास्थ्य संबंधित महत्वपूर्ण जानकारियां प्रदान करना और उन्हें जागरूक करना है। हमारी सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि हम संपूर्ण टीकाकरण, तंबाकू उन्मूलन, मातृत्व स्वास्थ्य और अन्य स्वास्थ्य संबंधित मुद्दों पर लोगों को जागरूक करें। इस टूर्नामेंट के माध्यम से हम युवाओं और समुदाय के बीच खेल के माध्यम से स्वस्थ रहने को प्रोत्साहित कर रहे हैं। मैं सभी प्रतिभागी टीमों को शुभकामनाएं देता हूं और आशा करता हूं कि यह टूर्नामेंट हमारे स्वास्थ्य संदेश को हर एक व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाने में सफल होगा जिससे की भविष्य में हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग का आयोजन हल्द्वानी और श्रीनगर में भी किया जाएगा।”

हैल्थ मैस्कट ‘डॉ. भनूली’ के अनावरण अवसर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्री द्वारा बताया गया कि हैल्थ मैस्कट स्वास्थ्य संबंधित विभिन्न जागरूकता अभियानों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए तैयार किया गया है। डॉ. भनूली का उद्देश्य प्रमुख स्वास्थ्य योजनाओं और कार्यक्रमों जैसे निशुल्क जांच योजना, 104 हेल्पलाइन, ईजा-बोई योजना, स्वस्थ जीवनशैली व अन्य योजनाओं का प्रचार करना है। यह मैस्कट लोगों को स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के प्रति जागरूक करेगा और उन्हें अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति सजग रहने के लिए प्रेरित करेगा।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने इस अवसर पर कहा, “डॉ. भनूली का अनावरण हमारे स्वास्थ्य अभियान का एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। यह न केवल स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के प्रति जागरूकता फैलाएगा, बल्कि हमारे लोगों को सही जानकारी प्रदान करेगा। हम चाहते हैं कि हर व्यक्ति स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का लाभ उठाए और अपने स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान रखें।”

स्वाति एस. भदौरिया, मिशन निदेशक, एन.एच.एम. द्वारा बताया गया कि उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग के माध्यम से स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं और योजनाओं की जानकारी हर नागरिक तक पहुंचे, ताकि वे अपने स्वास्थ्य के प्रति सजग रह सकें और स्वस्थ जीवनशैली अपनाएं। इसके अलावा, क्रिकेट टूर्नामेंट का लाइव प्रसारण भी किया जा रहा है, ताकि प्रदेश की अधिक से अधिक जनता तक स्वास्थ्य संदेश पहुंच सके।

मिशन निदेशक द्वारा अवगत कराया गया कि आमजन मानस को जागरुक करने हेतु राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन विभिन्न नवीन प्रयास कर रहा है। जिसकी कड़ी में स्वास्थ्य निदेशालय परिसर में पूर्व में थीम पार्क, जिला चिकित्सालय कोरोनेशन में क्लिप-ऑन स्थापित किये गये हैं।

शुभारंभ कार्यक्रम में श्री उमेश शर्मा काऊ रायपुर विधायक, अमित सिन्हा खेल सचिव, डॉ तारा आर्या स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक, डॉ मनु जैन निदेशक एनएचएम, डॉ तृप्ति बहुगुणा स्वास्थ्य सलाहकार, राजेश ममगाईं प्रधानाचार्य महाराणा प्रताप स्पोर्ट्स कॉलेज, डॉ कुलदीप मार्तोलिया सहायक निदेशक एनएचएम व स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अन्य अधिकारी-कर्मचारी मौजूद रहे।

पहला मैच:
पहले दिन राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (एन.एच.एम.) ने संपूर्ण टीकाकरण थीम- ‘समझदारी दिखाएं, बच्चे का संपूर्ण टीकाकरण कराएं’ पर मैच खेलते हुए सिडकुल को पराजित किया जो कि तंबाकू उन्मूलन थीम ‘जिंदगी चुनो, तंबाकू नहीं’ पर मैच खेला रहा है।

आपको बता दें कि सिडकुल ने टॉस जीतकर गेंदबाजी चुनी जहां एन.एच.एम. ने पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 20 ओवर में 5 विकेट के नुकसान पर 176 रन बनाए। जवाब में सिडकुल की टीम 18.2 ओवर में महज 117 रन पर ऑल आउट हो गई और एन.एच.एम. ने 59 रन से मैच जीता। एन.एच.एम. टीम के ओर से बिदेश डोभाल को शानदार प्रदर्शन के लिए मैन ऑफ द मैच घोषित किया गया।

दूसरा मैच:
उत्तराखंड हैल्थ प्रीमियर लीग के दूसरे मैच में यूपीसीएल गैर संचारी रोग थीम- ‘आज से थोड़ा कम तेल, चीनी ओर नमक’ पर मैच खेलते हुए पोस्ट ऑफिस को पराजित किया जो कि जल जनित रोग थीम- ‘उत्तराखंड है तैयार, डेंगू मानेगा हार’ पर मैच खेल रहा है।

आपको बता दें कि यूपीसीएल ने टॉस जीतकर पहले बल्लेबाजी करते हुए 20 ओवर में 6 विकेट के नुकसान पर 157 रन बनाए। जवाब में पोस्ट ऑफिस की टीम ने 8 विकेट के नुकसान में महज 103 रन पर सिमट गई और यूपीसीएल ने 54 रन से मैच जीता। यूपीसीएल टीम के ओर से गौरव घिल्डियाल को शानदार प्रदर्शन के लिए मैन ऑफ द मैच से नवाजा गया।
