38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों की तैयारियों के संबंध में जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की…

देहरादून: उत्तराखंड में आगामी 28 जनवरी से 14 फरवरी, 2025 तक आयोजित होने वाले 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों की तैयारियों के संबंध में जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने देर शाम ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में सम्बंधित विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक करते हुए,जनपद होने वाले आयोजन की तैयारियों व्यवस्थाओं को लेकर दिशा निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर खेलों की तैयारियों की समीक्षा की है। उन्होंने खिलाड़ियों को सर्वाेत्तम सुविधाएं प्रदान करने, उनके रहने, भोजन, परिवहन और आयोजन स्थलों तक पहुंचने की उचित व्यवस्था के निर्देश दिए हैं, ताकि खिलाड़ियों को कोई असुविधा न हो। साथ ही, सुरक्षा व्यवस्था, चिकित्सा सुविधाओं और आयोजन स्थलों की स्वच्छता पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश भी दिए गए हैं।

जिलाधिकारी ने सभी रेखीय विभागों के अधिकारियों को दो दिन के भीतर की जाने वाली व्यवस्थाओं हेतू एस्टीमेट प्रस्तुत करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने विभागों को प्रोक्यूरमेंट प्रक्रिया को समयबद्धता से पूर्ण करने, नगर निगमों को शहरों के सौंदर्यीकरण, आयोजन स्थलों तक जाने वाली सड़कों की मरम्मत, कूड़ा प्रबंधन, और वॉलंटियर्स के लिए बस सेवाओं की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

साथ ही, यूपीसीएल को आयोजन स्थलों पर निर्बाध विद्युत आपूर्ति और इलेक्ट्रिकल सेफ्टी सर्टिफिकेट सुनिश्चित करने के लिए कहा गया है। विभागों को आयोजन स्थल के आसपास पार्किंग चिन्हित करने के साथी पार्किंग स्थलों पर समुचित मूलभूत सुविधाएं बनाने के भी निर्देश दिए।

बैठक में मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह, अपर नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम देहरादून बीर सिंह बुदियाल,नगर मजिस्टेªट प्रत्युष सिंह, उप नगर आयुक्त गोपाल राम बिनवाल, पुलिस अधीक्षक सदर जया बलूनी, मुख्य चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ0 संजय गुप्ता, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी विनोद ढौंडियाल, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के.के अग्रवाल, अधि.अभि लोनिवि जितेन्द्र कुमार त्रिपाठी व प्रवीण कर्णवाल, अधि.अभि विद्युत राकेश कुमार सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
