मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि “ *मेरी सरकार का संकल्प स्पष्ट है—जनता को दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। सरकार स्वयं जनता के द्वार तक पहुँचेगी और हर समस्या का समयबद्ध समाधान करेगी। कमजोर, वंचित और दिव्यांग किसी भी स्थिति में पीछे नहीं छूटेंगे।”*

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि शिविरों में प्राप्त प्रत्येक शिकायत का समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए| जो लाभार्थी शिविरों तक नहीं आ सकते, अधिकारी स्वयं उनके घर जाकर समाधान करें | योजनाओं की जानकारी अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाई जाए|
