रुद्रप्रयाग: ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती देने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण को प्रोत्साहित करने के उद्देश्य से रुद्रप्रयाग वन प्रभाग के दक्षिणी जखोली रेंज में शुरू की गई एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल का आज सफल समापन हुआ। R.D.F. (Restoration of Degraded Forest) योजना के अंतर्गत दरमोला ग्राम सभा में ग्रामीणों के लिए आयोजित “वन उपज से आजीविका संवर्धन” विषयक तीन दिवसीय प्रशिक्षण कार्यशाला 9 दिसंबर से 11 दिसंबर 2025 तक चली, जिसमें स्थानीय लोगों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।
इस प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से ग्रामीणों को पिरूल, छेंती, बांस और घास जैसी स्थानीय वन उपज से उपयोगी और आकर्षक उत्पाद तैयार करने की कला सिखाई गई। इसका उद्देश्य उन्हें स्वरोजगार की दिशा में आगे बढ़ाते हुए ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को नए अवसर प्रदान करना है।
स्थानीय उत्पादों से आय सृजन का नया मार्ग
उप प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी डॉ. दिवाकर पन्त ने बताया कि बदलती जीवनशैली और बाजार की मांग को देखते हुए स्थानीय वन उपज पर आधारित हस्तशिल्प उत्पादों की लोकप्रियता तेजी से बढ़ रही है। ऐसे में ग्रामीणों के लिए यह प्रशिक्षण एक सशक्त अवसर है, जिससे वे अपने पारंपरिक ज्ञान को आधुनिक स्वरूप देकर वित्तीय रूप से सशक्त बन सकते हैं।कार्यशाला में विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षकों द्वारा प्रतिभागियों को राखी, सजावटी वस्तुएँ, टोकरी, पेन होल्डर, फ्लावर पॉट और विभिन्न कलाकृतियों का निर्माण व्यावहारिक रूप से सिखाया गया। तीन दिनों तक चले इस प्रशिक्षण में ग्रामीणों ने बड़ी संख्या में भाग लेकर नए कौशल सीखे और स्वयं सहायता समूहों के माध्यम से स्वरोजगार बढ़ाने की दिशा में कदम बढ़ाए।
महिलाओं में उत्साह, आत्मनिर्भरता की नई उम्मीद
प्रशिक्षण में शामिल ग्रामीण महिलाओं ने इस पहल को आत्मनिर्भरता की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम बताया। प्रतिभागी संगीता कुमेठी और अनिता देवी ने कहा कि इस तरह के प्रशिक्षण से उन्हें नई संभावनाएँ और आत्मविश्वास मिल रहा है। वन उपज आधारित हस्तशिल्प न केवल पर्यावरण के अनुकूल है, बल्कि भविष्य में आय का स्थायी स्रोत भी बन सकता है।
