रुद्रप्रयाग: जनपद के विकासखंड जखोली के दूरस्थ गांव बांसी भरदार में सुशासन सप्ताह के अंतर्गत प्रशासन गाँव की ओर अभियान के तहत विशेष शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में विभागीय अधिकारियों ने ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनीं और उनका समाधान किया। शिविर में 12 शिकायतें दर्ज की गई, जिनमें से 02 का मौके पर ही निस्तारण किया गया।
जिलाधिकारी डॉ. सौरभ गहरवार ने समस्त विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया है कि सुशासन सप्ताह के तहत विकासखंडों के विभिन्न गांवों में शिविर आयोजित कर ग्रामीणों को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करें। साथ ही उनकी समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान सुनिश्चित करें।
इसी के तहत आज विकासखंड जखोली के बांसी भरदार गांव में प्रभारी जिला सूचना अधिकारी रती लाल शाह की अध्यक्षता में ‘सरकार जनता के द्वार‘ कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। इस शिविर में पानी, सड़क, पेंशन, सिंचाई और फसलों की सुरक्षा हेतु घेरबाड़ जैसी समस्याओं से संबंधित 12 शिकायतें दर्ज की गईं। इनमें से अधिकांश शिकायतों को शीघ्र समाधान के लिए संबंधित विभागों को भेज दिया गया, जबकि दो समस्याओं का निस्तारण मौके पर ही कर दिया गया।
जनता दरबार में स्वास्थ्य विभाग द्वारा स्वास्थ्य शिविर का भी आयोजन किया गया, जिसमें 50 से अधिक ग्रामीणों ने अपना स्वास्थ्य परीक्षण कराया। स्वास्थ्य शिविर में ग्रामीणों को निःशुल्क दवाइयां भी वितरित की गईं।
ग्रामीणों ने प्रशासन की इस पहल की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि अब उन्हें विभिन्न विभागों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ेंगे। सभी सेवाएं एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध होने से उनका समय और पैसा दोनों की बचत हो रही है।
शिविर के नोडल अधिकारी और प्रभारी सूचना अधिकारी रती लाल शाह ने बताया कि सरकार की मंशा है कि दूरस्थ ग्रामीणों क्षेत्रों में निवासरत लोगों की समस्याओं का त्वरित समाधान हो तथा सरकार द्वारा संचालित संचालित विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ अधिक से अधिक लोगों को पहुंचाना है। उन्होंने कहा कि विभागीय अधिकारियों द्वारा शीघ्र ही बाकी शिकायतों का समाधान किया जाएगा। प्रशासन की इस पहल का उद्देश्य लोगों की समस्याओं का तत्परता से समाधान करना है।
इस दौरान शिविर में ग्राम प्रधान अंजना देवी, ग्राम विकास अधिकारी शशांक मैठाणी, एडीओ पंचायत महावीर लाल, ग्राम पंचायत अधिकारी अमित राज, एडीओ समाज कल्याण अनिल सेमवाल, स्वास्थ्य विभाग से एमओ डॉक्टर अभिजीत रावत मौजूद रहे।
इसके अतिरिक्त विकासखंड अगस्त्यमुनि एवं ऊखीमठ में भी भारत सरकार के प्रशासनिक सुधार व लोक शिकायत विभाग ने 19 से 24 दिसंबर के बीच प्रशासन गांव की ओर कार्यक्रम के तहत आज जनपद के अंतर्गत अगस्त्यमुनि विकासखंड के कमेडा पंचायत भवन, विकासखंड ऊखीमठ के मनसूना पंचायत भवन में शिविर आयोजित किए गए। जिसमें 43 शिकायतों का निस्तारण किया गया तथा 33 ऑनलाइन सेवाओं को निस्तारित किया गया।
