काशीपुर। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने सोमवार को काशीपुर स्थित मां बाला सुंदरी मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना कर प्रदेश के चहुंमुखी विकास, सुख-शांति और समृद्धि की कामना की। इसके बाद उन्होंने मंदिर प्रांगण में आयोजित भजन संध्या का दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने चैती मेला कोष की धनराशि से मां बाल सुंदरी मंदिर के सौंदर्यीकरण और मंदिर परिसर के विकास की घोषणा भी की।

मुख्यमंत्री ने चैती मेले में आए सभी श्रद्धालुओं का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि यह केवल एक मेला नहीं, बल्कि लोक आस्था, सांस्कृतिक विरासत और गौरवशाली परंपराओं का जीवंत महोत्सव है। उन्होंने कहा कि मेले में पारंपरिक उत्पादों के स्टॉल और स्थानीय कलाकारों की सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां इसे और अधिक आकर्षक बनाती हैं। उन्होंने विश्वास जताया कि चैती मेले का भव्य आयोजन क्षेत्र के व्यापार, पर्यटन और स्थानीय विकास को नई गति देने के साथ-साथ लोगों के लिए रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर भी सृजित करेगा।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व और मार्गदर्शन में उत्तराखंड विकास और समृद्धि के नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रहा है। इसी क्रम में काशीपुर क्षेत्र के सर्वांगीण विकास के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं पर तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि काशीपुर में 133 एकड़ क्षेत्र में इलेक्ट्रॉनिक मैन्युफैक्चरिंग क्लस्टर पार्क विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिसमें 16 औद्योगिक इकाइयों का आवंटन हो चुका है और इससे युवाओं को बड़े पैमाने पर रोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे।

उन्होंने बताया कि काशीपुर–रामनगर राजमार्ग को चार लेन में उन्नत करने के लिए 494 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की धनराशि स्वीकृत की गई है और यहां तीन किलोमीटर लंबा मिनी बाईपास भी प्रारंभ हो चुका है। इसके अलावा चार करोड़ रुपये की लागत से सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी कार्यालय का निर्माण किया गया है तथा सात करोड़ रुपये से अधिक की लागत से काशीपुर, हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश में ऑटोमेटेड ड्राइविंग टेस्ट ट्रैक की सुविधा भी शुरू की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि लगभग 1,950 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से काशीपुर में पेयजल, सीवरेज, सड़क सुधार और सीवेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट जैसे महत्वपूर्ण कार्य तेजी से आगे बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं। इसके साथ ही 1100 करोड़ रुपये की औद्योगिक हब परियोजना और 100 करोड़ रुपये की अरोमा पार्क परियोजना पर भी काम चल रहा है, जिससे स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी। उन्होंने बताया कि शहर में बहुमंजिला पार्किंग और नए तहसील कार्यालय का निर्माण भी जारी है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार चैती मंदिर को मानसखण्ड कारीडोर से जोड़कर इसे एक प्रमुख सांस्कृतिक और आध्यात्मिक केंद्र के रूप में विकसित करने की दिशा में कार्य कर रही है। उनका कहना था कि काशीपुर को औद्योगिक नगर के साथ-साथ आस्था और श्रद्धा की नगरी के रूप में भी विशेष पहचान दिलाने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने प्रदेश में सख्त धर्मांतरण विरोधी कानून और दंगारोधी कानून लागू किए हैं। “ऑपरेशन कालनेमि” के तहत सनातन धर्म को बदनाम करने वालों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य है, जहां समान नागरिक संहिता लागू की गई है। साथ ही भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ सरकार कठोर कार्रवाई कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि युवाओं के भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने के लिए प्रदेश में देश का सबसे सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया गया है। इसका परिणाम है कि पिछले साढ़े चार वर्षों में राज्य में 32 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां मिली हैं, जो पूर्व की सरकारों की तुलना में चार गुना अधिक हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि काशीपुर में जाम की समस्या से मुक्ति दिलाने के लिए ओवरब्रिज निर्माण, सड़कों का चौड़ीकरण और उद्योगों के लिए सुरक्षित माहौल तैयार किया जा रहा है।
