प्रधानमंत्री मोदी से मिले सीएम धामी, उत्तराखंड आने का दिया निमंत्रण…

नई दिल्ली। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शुक्रवार को नई दिल्ली में प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी से शिष्टाचार भेंट की। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने राज्य के विकास के लिए केंद्र सरकार द्वारा दिए जा रहे सहयोग और मार्गदर्शन के लिए प्रधानमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त किया तथा उन्हें उत्तराखंड आने का निमंत्रण दिया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री को टिहरी जनपद में स्थित शक्तिपीठ मां सुरकंडा देवी की प्रतिकृति, बद्री गाय का घी, विभिन्न जिलों से मंगाई गई पांच प्रकार की राजमा और शहद भेंट किए।

भेंट के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने हरिद्वार कुंभ-2027 के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये की सहायता, नदी जोड़ो परियोजना के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय जल विकास एजेंसी द्वारा फिजिबिलिटी स्टडी, राजाजी नेशनल पार्क स्थित चौरासी कुटिया के विकास के लिए 100 करोड़ रुपये, पिथौरागढ़ की नैनी-सैनी हवाई पट्टी के लिए एमओयू तथा चारधाम यात्रा के लिए सुरक्षित हेली सेवाओं के संचालन में सहयोग के लिए प्रधानमंत्री का आभार जताया।

उन्होंने ऋषिकेश में विद्युत लाइनों के भूमिगतकरण, चम्पावत बाईपास, देहरादून रिंग रोड और देहरादून-मसूरी रोड जैसी महत्वपूर्ण आधारभूत परियोजनाओं को स्वीकृति देने के लिए भी केंद्र सरकार का धन्यवाद किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री को उत्तराखंड दौरे के दौरान दिए गए सुझावों पर राज्य सरकार द्वारा की गई कार्रवाई की जानकारी भी दी। उन्होंने बताया कि उत्तराखंड को वैश्विक वेडिंग डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में विकसित करने के लिए चौपता, दुग्गलबिट्ठा, पटवाडांगर और शारदा कॉरिडोर क्षेत्र में कार्य किया जा रहा है, जबकि रामनगर, देहरादून, ऋषिकेश और त्रियुगीनारायण पहले से लोकप्रिय वेडिंग डेस्टिनेशन बन चुके हैं। इसके लिए राज्य सरकार अलग से नीति भी तैयार कर रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य में स्पिरिचुअल इकोनॉमिक ज़ोन के रूप में बेल केदार, अंजनीसैंण (टिहरी) और लोहाघाट-श्यामलाताल क्षेत्रों को चिन्हित किया गया है। साथ ही शीतकालीन यात्रा शुरू होने से श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या में उल्लेखनीय वृद्धि हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि आदि कैलास यात्रा में वर्ष 2022 में 1761 श्रद्धालुओं की तुलना में वर्ष 2025 में 36,453 श्रद्धालुओं ने दर्शन किए।

ऋषिकेश तक रेपिड रेल विस्तार का अनुरोध

मुख्यमंत्री ने दिल्ली–मेरठ रीजनल रैपिड ट्रांजिट सिस्टम (RRTS) परियोजना का विस्तार मेरठ से हरिद्वार और ऋषिकेश तक किए जाने का अनुरोध किया। इसके साथ ही उन्होंने कोटद्वार, हरिद्वार और देहरादून में डिफेंस इक्विपमेंट प्रोडक्शन इंडस्ट्रियल हब स्थापित करने के लिए केंद्र से सहयोग मांगा।

उन्होंने रायवाला क्षेत्र में बीआई-डक ब्रिज के विकास और उत्तरकाशी जिले की चिन्यालीसौड़ एयरस्ट्रिप के विस्तार की आवश्यकता पर भी जोर दिया।

दिल्ली–हल्द्वानी एक्सप्रेस-वे बनाने का प्रस्ताव

मुख्यमंत्री ने टिहरी झील में सी-प्लेन सेवा शुरू करने और दिल्ली–हल्द्वानी एक्सप्रेस-वे के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव भी प्रधानमंत्री के समक्ष रखा। उन्होंने कहा कि इससे काशीपुर, रुद्रपुर औद्योगिक क्षेत्र, पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट और जिम कॉर्बेट नेशनल पार्क तक आवागमन सुगम होगा।

रेल कनेक्टिविटी के विस्तार पर बल देते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने ऋषिकेश–कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना के तहत ऋषिकेश से व्यासी खंड के शीघ्र लोकार्पण, टनकपुर–बागेश्वर रेल लाइन में रोड-कम-रेल टनल, बागेश्वर–कर्णप्रयाग नई रेल लाइन के सर्वे तथा हरिद्वार–देहरादून रेल लाइन के डबलिंग का अनुरोध किया। साथ ही सामरिक दृष्टि से महत्वपूर्ण उत्तरकाशी को रेल नेटवर्क से जोड़ने के लिए ऋषिकेश–उत्तरकाशी रेल लाइन के निर्माण का प्रस्ताव भी रखा।

प्रधानमंत्री को परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण का प्रस्ताव

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री को उत्तराखंड दौरे के दौरान कई परियोजनाओं के लोकार्पण और शिलान्यास का प्रस्ताव भी दिया। इनमें दिल्ली–देहरादून एक्सप्रेस-वे और टिहरी पम्प्ड स्टोरेज प्लांट का लोकार्पण तथा पंतनगर एयरपोर्ट विस्तार और बनबसा लैंड पोर्ट परियोजना का शिलान्यास शामिल है।

राज्य की योजनाओं की दी जानकारी

मुख्यमंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य में होम-स्टे योजना के तहत 6000 से अधिक होम-स्टे पंजीकृत किए जा चुके हैं। स्थानीय उत्पादों को बाजार उपलब्ध कराने के लिए “हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज” ब्रांड के माध्यम से उन्हें राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर तक पहुंचाया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने मुख्यमंत्री सौर स्वरोजगार योजना, मुख्यमंत्री उद्यमशाला योजना और देवभूमि परिवार योजना जैसी पहलों की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इन योजनाओं से ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था और उद्यमिता को बढ़ावा मिल रहा है। साथ ही पूर्व अग्निवीरों को राज्य सेवाओं में 10 प्रतिशत आरक्षण देने के लिए अग्निवीर आरक्षण नियमावली-2025 लागू की गई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य में ईज ऑफ डूइंग बिज़नेस को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में व्यापक सुधार किए गए हैं और 500 से अधिक अप्रासंगिक कानूनों को समाप्त किया गया है।
