देहरादून: द पाॅली किड्स स्कूल डी.एल.रोड के वार्षिकोत्सव के अवसर पर स्कूली बच्चों ने देशभक्ति की ऐतिहासिक पृष्ठभूमि पर आधारित शानदार प्रस्तुतियों से दर्शकों का मन मोह लिया। रविवार को सर्वे ऑफ इंडिया के ऑडिटोरियम में आयोजित वार्षिकोत्सव में नन्हें बच्चों की अद्भुत प्रतिभा देखने को मिली।

‘टेल्स ऑफ इंडिया’ थीम पर आधारित प्रस्तुतियों में सम्राट अशोक द्वारा सशस्त्र विजयों का परित्याग कर बौद्ध धर्म को अपनाने और मानवता की सेवा को अत्यंत रोचक ढंग से प्रस्तुत किया गया। रानी पदमावत के साहस और शहीद भगत सिंह और उनके साथियों को अंग्रेजों द्वारा फांसी दिये जाने की घटनाओं के सजीव चित्रण को दर्शकों ने खूब सराहा।

स्टेज प्रापर्टी,लाइट्स एण्ड साउंड ईफेक्टस् के उपयोग से प्रस्तुतियां जीवंत हो उठी। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ निदेशक उदय और रोहन गुजराल ने संयुक्त रूप से दीप प्रज्ज्वलन से किया। स्कूल के चेयरमैन मुकुल महेन्द्रु ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि गुणवत्तापूर्ण और संस्कारवान शिक्षा देना द पाली किड्स स्कूलों की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकता है।

वार्षिकोत्सव के अवसर पर आयोजित प्रस्तुतियों के माध्यम से विद्यार्थी अपने गौरवपूर्ण इतिहास से परिचित होते हैं। इस अवसर पर द पाली किड्स स्कूल की अन्य ब्रान्चों के निदेशकों भी सम्मानित किया गया। स्कूल प्रिन्सिपल संगीता मल्होत्रा ने उपस्थित समस्त लोगों के प्रति आभार और धन्यवाद प्रकट किया। वार्षिकोत्सव के अवसर पर दिव्या जैन,दीप्ति सेठी, राजेश गुजराल, मुकेश गुजराल, प्रो.के.एल.तलवाड़ आदि सहित बड़ी संख्या में अभिभावक मौजूद रहे। राष्ट्रगान के साथ कार्यक्रम का विधिवत समापन हुआ।
