जिलाधिकारी डॉ.मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट ने सोमवार को सुदूरवर्ती ब्लाक मोरी का दौरा किया। जिलाधिकारी ने क्षेत्रीय विधायक दुर्गेश्वर लाल की उपस्थिति में बैनोल गांव में सतलुज जल विद्युत परियोजना लिमिटेड से प्रभावित गांवों के परिवारों की समस्याएं सुनीं। परियोजना के तहत धरातल पर हुए निर्माण कार्यों को लेकर ग्रामीणों के साथ चर्चा हुई। तथा नए निर्माण कार्य जो यहां के सामुदायिक आवश्यकताओं को पूर्ण करते हो उन पर विचार विमर्श किया गया।
अवस्थापना सिंचाई खंड के कार्यों को लेकर ग्रामीणों ने शिकायत की। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने कमेटी गठित कर जांच करने के निर्देश एसडीएम पुरोला को दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने नैटवाड़,गैंचवांण,बैनोल गांव में संचालित निर्माण कार्यों की समीक्षा की। बारात घर,शौचालय निर्माण,प्राथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र मोरी में उपकरण,कोविड केयर यूनिट, नवीनीकरण कार्यों, विद्यालयों को फर्नीचर आदि की समीक्षा की गई। इसके अतिरिक्त लाभार्थी परक योजनाओं की भी समीक्षा की गई।
जिलाधिकारी ने ग्रामीणों को सम्बोधित करते हुए कहा कि परियोजना के निर्माण होने से क्षेत्र का विकास बड़े पैमाने पर हुआ है। इससे जहां स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार का सर्जन हुआ है वहीं पलायन पर भी अंकुश लगा है। उन्होंने कहा कि सतलुज जल विद्युत परियोजना यहां की दीर्घकालिक जरूरतों को पूरा करेगी। वहीं केदारकांठा,हरकीदून जैसे पर्यटन क्षेत्र और बाग़वानी में स्थानीय स्तर पर आजीविका संवर्धन को मजबूती मिली है। इससे पूर्व ग्रामीणों ने जिलाधिकारी एवं क्षेत्रीय विधायक को पारम्परिक टोपी व शॉल ओढ़ाकर स्वागत किया।
ग्रामीणों की मांग पर विधायक ने नैटवाड़ में सुरक्षात्मक कार्य,केवला से बैनोल तक सड़क मार्ग और 100 यूनिट बिजली 10 साल तक निःशुल्क देने और बैनोल गांव में कौंल केदारी मंदिर निर्माण के कार्यों को सतलुज जल विद्युत परियोजना को समयबद्धता के साथ निस्तारण करने की अपेक्षा की।
इस दौरान उपजिलाधिकारी पुरोला मुकेश चन्द्र रमोला, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी अमित कोटियाल, ईई लघु सिंचाई भरत राम,जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी यशोदा बिष्ट,महाप्रबंधक एसजेवीएनएल,नरेश शर्मा,प्रबंधक अमित कुमार शर्मा,राजीव शर्मा,तरूण उपाध्याय सहित प्रशासक मोरी बचन सिंह पंवार,मंडल अध्यक्ष भाजपा मोरी प्रेम सिंह चौहान,राजेन्द्र सिंह रावत
