देहरादून: उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना के रजत जयंती समारोह के अवसर पर शुक्रवार को पुलिस लाइन, देहरादून में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) एवं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने प्रतिभाग किया।

राज्यपाल ने इस अवसर पर आयोजित रैतिक परेड का निरीक्षण कर सलामी ली। राष्ट्रीय गीत ‘‘वंदे मातरम’’ के 150 वर्ष पूर्ण होने के अवसर पर कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत वंदे मातरम गीत से हुई। इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल एवं मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा ‘‘उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस पत्रिका-2025’’ का विमोचन एवं रजत जयंती पदक के प्रतीकात्मक चिन्ह का अनावरण किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में पुलिस विभाग द्वारा विशिष्ट साहसिक प्रदर्शन किया गया, इसमें विशेष रूप से मोटरसाइकिल दल द्वारा किए गए उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन ने उपस्थित दर्शकों को रोमांचित कर दिया।

राज्यपाल ने उकृष्ट सेवाओं के लिए ‘राष्ट्रपति पुलिस पदक’ एवं ‘पुलिस पदक’ प्राप्त पुलिस अधिकारियों को सम्मानित किया।

राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) एवं मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तराखण्ड गौरव सम्मान-2025 प्रदान किए। उक्त महानुभावों की अनुपस्थिति में यह सम्मान उनके परिजनों द्वारा प्राप्त किया गया।

इस अवसर पर राज्यपाल ने उत्तराखण्ड राज्य स्थापना के रजत जयंती समारोह की हार्दिक बधाई और शुभकामनाएं देते हुए कहा कि हम उत्तराखण्ड की 25 वर्षों की गौरवशाली यात्रा का उत्सव मना रहे हैं, यह क्षण हमारे लिए खुशी और आत्म-गौरव के पल हैं। राज्यपाल ने सभी अमर शहीदों, आंदोलनकारियों और जन नायकों को श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की, जिनके बलिदान और संघर्ष से यह राज्य अस्तित्व में आया।

राज्यपाल ने कहा कि जैसे स्वदेशी के मंत्र से देश की आजादी को बल मिला, वैसे ही स्वदेशी के मंत्र से देश की समृद्धि भी सुदृढ़ होगी। उन्होंने आह्वान किया कि हम वही वस्तुएँ खदीदें जो मेड इन इंडिया हों, जिनमें हमारे युवाओं का श्रम और परिश्रम निहित हो, यही आत्मनिर्भर भारत और आत्मनिर्भर उत्तराखण्ड का सबसे बड़ा मंत्र है।

राज्यपाल ने राज्य के युवाओं से आह्वान किया कि वे तकनीक, नवाचार और स्टार्टअप के क्षेत्र में अग्रणी बनें तथा देश-प्रदेश के विकास में योगदान दें। यही वह मार्ग है जो विकसित उत्तराखण्ड, विकसित भारत 2047 के संकल्प को साकार करेगा। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि आने वाले वर्षों में उत्तराखण्ड देश का सर्वश्रेष्ठ राज्य बनेगा- जहाँ विकास और प्रकृति, विज्ञान और संस्कृति, आधुनिकता और परंपरा, तकनीक और मानवता साथ-साथ आगे बढ़ेंगी।

कार्यक्रम में राज्यपाल ने भव्य परेड की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस ने अपनी कार्यकुशलता, अनुशासन और दूरदर्शी दृष्टिकोण से एक सशक्त और आधुनिक पुलिस बल के रूप में पूरे देश में अपनी विशिष्ट पहचान स्थापित की है। उन्होंने कहा ‘‘ड्रग्स-फ्री उत्तराखण्ड’’ के लक्ष्य की दिशा में पुलिस द्वारा अपराधियों के विरुद्ध निरंतर और प्रभावी कार्रवाई की जा रही है।

साइबर अपराधों से निपटने के लिए विशेष रूप से प्रशिक्षित साइबर कमांडो तैयार किए गए हैं, जिससे डिजिटल सुरक्षा के क्षेत्र में नई क्षमता विकसित हुई है। उन्होंने कम्युनिटी पुलिसिंग पर बल देते हुए कहा कि पुलिस ने जनता के साथ विश्वास, सहयोग और सहभागिता का सेतु मजबूत किया है, जो प्रशंसनीय है।

राज्यपाल ने कहा कि पिछले 25 वर्षों का सफर उत्तराखण्ड के सतत परिश्रम और प्रगति की कहानी है। राज्य की स्थापना के बाद से शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, पर्यटन, कृषि, उद्योग, विज्ञान, तकनीक और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के क्षेत्रों में उल्लेखनीय प्रगति हुई है। उन्होंने कहा कि आज उत्तराखण्ड चार धाम यात्रा से आगे बढ़कर वैश्विक वेलनेस डेस्टिनेशन, वेडिंग डेस्टिनेशन, शूटिंग डेस्टिनेशन, योग और आयुर्वेद डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में उभर रहा है। सैकड़ों युवा अपने गाँव लौटकर आत्मनिर्भरता और स्वावलम्बन का नया अध्याय लिख रहे हैं।

राज्यपाल ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड राज्य आंदोलन में मातृशक्ति की भूमिका रीढ़ की भांति रही है। जल, जंगल, पहाड़ और पर्यावरण संरक्षण में महिलाओं का योगदान उल्लेखनीय रहा है। आज भी वही मातृशक्ति राज्य के विकास की सशक्त धुरी है। स्वयं सहायता समूहों से लेकर नवाचार आधारित स्टार्टअप्स तक, महिलाएं आत्मनिर्भरता की नई कहानियां लिख रही हैं। उत्तराखण्ड की बेटियाँ शिक्षा, खेल, रक्षा और विज्ञान के क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन कर रही हैं जो सराहनीय है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य निर्माण के इन 25 वर्षों की यात्रा में राज्य ने अनेकों चुनौतियों और समस्याओं का सामना करते हुए आज देश के अग्रणी और सशक्त राज्य के रूप में अपनी एक विशिष्ट पहचान बनाई है। समय-समय पर राज्य को कई प्राकृतिक आपदाओं और कठिन परिस्थितियों से भी जूझना पड़ा है। उन्होंने कहा कि विशिष्ट भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों में राज्य की कानून-व्यवस्था को बनाए रखना भी अपने आप में एक बड़ी चुनौती रही है।
