देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के भू-कानून की दिशा में लिए गए निर्णय के बाद प्रदेश में अवैध रूप से जमीनों की खरीद फरोख्त करने वालों के ख़िलाफ़ सरकार ने कार्रवाई तेज कर दी है। प्रदेश के वन मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने भू क़ानून को लेकर स्थिति स्पष्ट करते हुए कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में प्रदेश सरकार भू-क़ानून को लेकर गंभीर है।जिन लोगों ने भी यहाँ भूमि ख़रीदी और उसका उपयोग उस प्रयोजन हेतु नहीं कर रहे हैं जिस प्रयोजन हेतु भूमि क्रय की है उनके विरुद्ध कार्यवाही करते हुए भूमि को राज्य सरकार में निहित किया जाएगा। इसके अतिरिक एक परिवार में 250 वर्ग मीटर से ज़्यादा भूमि ख़रीद कर जिन्होंने नियमों का उल्लंघन किया है,उनकी भी अतिरिक्त ज़मीन राज्य सरकार में निहित की जाएगी।
वन मंत्री ने कहा भू-क़ानून में जो भी सुधार राज्य हित में अपेक्षित होंगे वह प्रयास किए जायेंगे लेकिन इसके लिए प्रदेश के नागरिकों को भी जागरूक होकर सरकार का सहभागी बनना होगा। वन मंत्री ने प्रदेशवासियों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि प्रदेशवासी अपने पैतृक भूमि को संरक्षित करें और उसकी बिक्री ना करें। वन मंत्री ने स्पष्ट किया कि पूर्व में भू-कानून में जो भी ऐसे संशोधन हुए हैं, और उनसे अपेक्षित परिणाम प्राप्त नहीं हुए हैं, जन भावनाओं के अनुरूप उनमें भी संशोधन करने से पीछे नहीं हटा जाएगा। वन मंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य के लोगों के हक हकूकों को संरक्षित करने को हर संभव कदम उठाये जा रहे हैं। राज्य का भावी भू कानून इसी सोच के साथ तैयार
