राज्य में आजीविका से जुड़ी योजनाओं के संचालन से महिलाओं की आय में कितनी वृद्धि हुई है ? सभी जिलाधिकारियों से इस प्रश्न के साथ रिपोर्ट तलब करते हुए मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने जिलाधिकारियों को आजीविका से जुड़ी सभी योजनाओं की आउटपुट मॉनिटरिंग करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने इस सम्बन्ध में नियमित डेटा जुटाने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने मुख्यमंत्री सीमान्त क्षेत्र विकास कार्यक्रम (एमबीएडीपी) के तहत उधमसिंह नगर में 12 योजनाओं, उत्तरकाशी में 14 योजनाओं, चमोली में 12 योजनाओं, चम्पावत में 24 योजनाओं तथा पिथौरागढ़ में 21 योजनाओं को सचिवालय में आयोजित मुख्यमंत्री सीमान्त क्षेत्र विकास कार्यक्रम (एमबीएडीपी) तथा मुख्यमंत्री पलायन रोकथाम योजना (एमपीआरवाई) की राज्य स्तरीय स्क्रीनिंग कमिटी की बैठक में अनुमोदन दिया।
इन योजनाओं में अधिकतर पैकेजिंग मशीन यूनिट स्थापना, हैण्डलूम प्रशिक्षण, मिनी स्पाइस मिल, कीवी, मशरूम कलस्टर विकास, पौध नर्सरी निर्माण, पुष्प उत्पादन, स्थानीय उत्पादों के उत्पादन, डेयरी यूनिट स्थापित करने से सम्बन्धित योजनाएं शामिल थी।
इसके साथ ही मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने मुख्यमंत्री पलायन रोकथाम योजना के तहत अल्मोड़ा के लिए 10 योजनाओं, उधमसिंह नगर के लिए 2, उत्तरकाशी के लिए 4, चमोली के लिए 3, चम्पावत के लिए 29, टिहरी के लिए 16, देहरादून के लिए 6, नैनीताल के लिए 6, पिथौरागढ़ के लिए 4, पौड़ी के लिए 16, बागेश्वर के लिए 13 तथा रूद्रप्रयाग के लिए 8 योजनाओं का अनुमोदन दिया।
मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने मुख्यमंत्री सीमान्त क्षेत्र विकास कार्यक्रम (एमबीएडीपी) तथा मुख्यमंत्री पलायन रोकथाम योजना (एमपीआरवाई) के तहत संचालित आजीविका विकास से सम्बन्धित योजनाओं के माध्यम से महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों द्वारा उत्पादित उत्पादों को उत्तराखण्ड के अम्ब्रेला ब्राण्ड हाउस ऑफ़ हिमालया से जोड़ने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
