यह अवकाश प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी कार्यालयों, शिक्षण संस्थानों एवं विद्यालयों में लागू रहेगा। हालांकि, यह अवकाश बैंकों, कोषागारों एवं उप कोषागारों पर लागू नहीं होगा।
