मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के अनुरोध पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी द्वारा किच्छा खुरपिया फार्म में औद्योगिक स्मार्ट सिटी व सेटेलाईट एम्स एवं हाइटेक बस अड्डा की सौगात देने पर किच्छा इन्दिरा गांधी खेल मैदान में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का आभार एवं अभिनंदन समारोह आयोजित हुआ। अभिनंदन समारोह में मुख्यमंत्री धामी का विभिन्न संस्थाओं, संगठनों द्वारा पुष्पगुच्छों व पुष्प मालाओं से भव्य स्वागत किया गया।

कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने विधानसभा किच्छा क्षेत्र में लगभग 8.5 किमी अटरियां सड़क निर्माण, पंतनगर विश्वविद्यालय में अम्बेडकर पार्क में बाबा साहेब डॉ0 भीम राव अम्बेडकर जी की आदम कद मूर्ति स्थापना, विभाजन विभिषिका के सेनानियों की स्मारक स्थापना, बण्डियां नमक फैक्ट्री के पास पुल निर्माण व दरऊ में अम्बेडकर पार्क का सौन्दर्यकरण की घोषणा की।

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि किच्छा क्षेत्र में ऐतिहासिक विकास कार्य हुए है, जिनमे एम्स निर्माण, बस अड्डा निर्माण, औद्योगिक स्मार्ट सिटी का निर्माण होने जा रहा है जो भविष्य में मील का पत्थर साबित होगें। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे देश में मात्र 12 नये औद्योगिक स्मार्ट पार्क बनने थे एक औद्योगिक स्मार्ट पार्क किच्छा में बनाया जा रहा है इसके लिए उन्होने प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का आभार व्यक्त किया। उन्होने कहा कि किच्छा के पास पंतनगर में अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर का एयरपोर्ट बनाया जा रहा है, जिससे क्षेत्र का स्वर्णिम विकास होगा। उन्होने कहा कि हमने 850 एकड़ भूमि एयरपोर्ट विस्तारीकरण के लिए हस्तगत कर दी है। अब शीघ्र ही एयरपोर्ट का कार्य प्रारम्भ होने जा रहा है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पिछले लगभग पांच दशकों से लंबित जमरानी बांध को भी स्वीकृति मिल गयी है। जो पेयजल व सिंचाई के लिए मील का पत्थर साबित होगा साथ ही गिरता हुआ भूजल भी बढेगा। उन्होंने कहा भारत सरकार द्वारा एचएमटी की भूमि राज्य सरकार को दी गयी है। अब राज्य सरकार एचएमटी की भूमि अन्य प्रयोजन के लिए भी उपयोग कर सकती है। उन्होने कहा कि प्रदेश को देश के मॉडल राज्य के रूप में विकसित किया जा रहा है जो पूरे देश के लिए नजीर बनेगा। हम देवभूमि के अंतिम छोर पर खड़े व्यक्ति तक विकास की धारा पहुंचाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध हैं। प्रदेश में सख्त नकल विरोधी कानून लागू किया है, जिसमे योग्यता, प्रतिभा और क्षमता होगी, उसे आगे बढ़ने से कोई नहीं रोक सकता। उन्होंने कहा कि पिछले तीन साल में राज्य सरकार द्वारा 17 हजार से अधिक युवाओं को सरकारी नौकरियां दी है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आज हम प्रदेश में कनेक्टिविटी, शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य और पर्यटन का इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मजबूत करने से लेकर विभिन्न योजनाओं के जरिए जन-जन का उत्थान सुनिश्चित करने तक, हर क्षेत्र में काम कर रहे हैं। औद्योगिकीकरण, पर्यटन और कृषि के क्षेत्र में विकास कर रोजगार सृजन और आर्थिक विकास को गति प्रदान की जा रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि लॉजिस्टिक नीति, स्टार्टअप नीति और सर्विस सेक्टर नीति सहित अनेक नई नीतियां लाकर हम नवाचार के साथ कार्य कर रहे हैं। हमारी सरकार जल, जंगल और ज़मीन के संरक्षण पर कार्य करते हुए इकोलॉजी और इकोनॉमी के बीच समन्वय के साथ आगे बढ़ रही है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार ने महिलाओं के लिए 30 प्रतिशत क्षैतिज आरक्षण लागू करने का ऐतिहासिक कार्य भी किया है, उन्होंने कहा कि हमारी सरकार देवभूमि उत्तराखंड की डेमोग्राफी को बचाए रखने पर लगातार कार्य कर रही है। हमने सख्त धर्मान्तरण रोधी कानून लागू करने के साथ ही किच्छा में अवैध अतिक्रमण को हटाकर 270 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन को मुक्त करवाया है। इसके साथ ही प्रदेश में सुख, शांति और समानता सुनिश्चित करने के उद्देश्य से देश का सबसे कड़ा नकल विरोधी कानून, दंगा रोधी कानून और समान नागरिक संहिता लागू करने का ऐतिहासिक कार्य भी हमारी सरकार ने ही किये है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में उधम सिंह नगर के खुरपिया में एक हजार एकड़ में एक इंडस्ट्रियल स्मार्ट सिटी स्थापित की जा रही है जिससे अरबों का निवेश होगा तथा लाखों लोगों को रोजगार मिलेगा। इससे क्षेत्र में रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित होंगे।
