उत्तराखंड स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने इगास पर्व पर चिकित्साधिकारियों को एस०डी०ए०सी०पी० की बड़ी सौगात दी है। इसका लाभ प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के उन चिकित्साधिकारियों को मिलेगा जिन्होंने पर्वतीय व दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में अपनी निर्धारित सेवा अवधि पूरी कर ली है।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी व स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत स्वास्थ्य विभाग से जुड़े सभी कार्मिकों के हितों को लेकर लगातार गंभीर रहते हैं। जिसका परिणाम है कि चिकित्सकों की वर्षों पुरानी मांग पूरी हो गई है।
इसका लाभ प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के चिकित्साधिकारियों को मिलेगा। उन्होंने इस संबध में आदेश जारी करते हुए एस०डी०ए०सी०पी० से लाभांवित होने वाले चिकित्सकों को शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। उन्होंने कहा लंबे समय से चिकित्सकों की एस०डी०ए०सी०पी० देने की मांग थी। स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने कहा स्क्रीनिंग कमेटी द्वारा की गयी संस्तुति के आधार पर शासनस्तर पर प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के चिकित्साधिकारियों को एस०डी०ए०सी०पी० का लाभ दिये जाने के आदेश जारी कर दिये गये हैं।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव ने कहा 04 वर्ष की कुल सेवा व 02 वर्ष की पर्वतीय/दुर्गम सेवा पूर्ण करने वाले प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के 73 चिकित्सकों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्हें पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल-11 वेतनमान 67,700-208700 मिलेगा। इसके साथ ही 09 वर्ष की कुल सेवा व 05 वर्ष की पर्वतीय/दुर्गम सेवा पूर्ण करने वाले प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के 03 चिकित्सकों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्हें पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल-12 वेतनमान 78,800-209200 मिलेगा।
वहीं 13 वर्ष की कुल सेवा व 07 वर्ष की पर्वतीय/दुर्गम सेवा पूर्ण करने वाले प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के 03 चिकित्सकों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्हें पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल-13 वेतनमान 1,23,100-2,15,900 मिलेगा। इसके साथ ही वहीं 20 वर्ष की कुल सेवा व 09 वर्ष की पर्वतीय/दुर्गम सेवा पूर्ण करने वाले प्रान्तीय चिकित्सा सेवा संवर्ग के 45 चिकित्सकों को इसका लाभ मिलेगा। उन्हें पे मैट्रिक्स लेवल-13 वेतनमान 1,31,100-2,16,600 मिलेगा।
स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. आर राजेश कुमार ने कहा कि चिकित्सक हमारे परिवार का अहम हिस्सा हैं। प्रांतीय चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य सेवा संघ की मांगों को लेकर सरकार हमेशा गंभीर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रांतीय चिकित्सा स्वास्थ्य सेवा संघ की हर न्यायोचित मांग का समाधान करने के लिए शासन लगातार प्रयासरत है।
हाल में ही पीएमएस की मांग पर अपर निदेशक व संयुक्त निदेशक के पदों पर प्रमोशन के आदेश जारी किये जा चुके हैं। स्वास्थ्य सचिव डॉ. राजेश कुमार ने कहा डाक्टरों की सभी मांगों पर सहानुभूतिपूर्वक विचार किया जा रहा है। जिन्हें प्राथमिकता के आधार पर और सभी पहलुओं पर गंभीरता पूर्वक विचार कर पूरा किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने प्रदेश के सभी चिकित्सकों से अपील करते हुए कहा कि वह हमेशा की तरह पूरे मनोयोग व निष्ठा के साथ कार्य करते रहें, उनकी मांगों के समाधान और सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी सरकार की है।
