सरकार जनता के द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत जिलाधिकारी प्रतीक जैन के निर्देशन में जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों को विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायत आवंटित की गई हैं। तीन सदस्यीय संयुक्त टीम में चयनित अधिकारी ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक कर उनकी समस्याओं को सुनेंगे। साथ ही सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी से ग्रामीणों को अवगत कराएंगे।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी राजेंद्र सिंह रावत ने जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि सरकार जनता के द्वार कार्यक्रम के तहत 45 जनपद स्तरीय अधिकारियों को विभिन्न ग्राम पंचायत आवंटित की गई हैं।
बताया कि नामित अधिकारियों में उप वन संरक्षक कल्याणी, जिला सूचना अधिकारी वीरेश्वर तोमर एवं जिला होम्योपैथिक चिकित्सा अधिकारी डाॅ. दीपा तिलारा विकास खंड अगस्त्यमुनि की ग्राम पंचायत तूना में जाकर ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक करेंगे। इसी तरह अपर जिलाधिकारी श्याम राणा, उप निदेशक खान वीरेंद्र सिंह एवं जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी राहुल चौबे ग्राम पंचायत रतूड़ा में स्थलीय भ्रमण करने के साथ ही ग्रामीणों की समस्याएं सुनेंगे।
अधिशासी अभियंता सिंचाई खुशवंत सिंह चौहान एवं जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी प्रेम सिंह रावत विकास खंड जखोली की ग्राम पंचायत स्वीली में, उप जिलाधिकारी भगत सिंह फोनिया एवं अधिशासी अभियंता विद्युत मनोज कुमार एवं तहसीलदार जखोली बीएल शाह विकास खंड जखोली की ग्राम पंचायत लिस्वाल्टा में, उप जिलाधिकारी ऊखीमठ अनिल कुमार शुक्ला, तहसीलदार प्रदीप नेगी एवं अधिशासी अभियंता लोनिवि ऊखीमठ आरपी नैथानी ग्राम पंचायत विकास खंड ऊखीमठ की ग्राम पंचायत न्यालसू में ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक आयोजित करने के साथ ही सरकार द्वारा संचालित जन कल्याणकारी योजनाओं की जानकारी से ग्रामीणों को अवगत कराएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि माह अगस्त हेतु तीन सदस्यीय संयुक्त टीम में कुल 45 अधिकारी नामित किए गए हैं।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी ने सभी नामित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित करते हुए कहा कि अधिकारी उन्हें आवंटित ग्राम पंचायतों में स्थलीय निरीक्षण करने के साथ ही ग्रामीणों के साथ बैठक कर उनकी समस्याओं को सुनने तथा संबंधित विभागों से समन्वय स्थापित कर उनका निराकरण करना सुनिश्चित करें। साथ ही अधिकारियों द्वारा भ्रमण किए ग्राम पंचायतों की आख्या उपलब्ध कराने के भी निर्देश दिए हैं।
