देहरादून में 5 किमी दौड़ को मुख्यमंत्री ने दिखाई हरी झंडी, सड़क सुरक्षा और पर्यावरण संरक्षण का दिया संदेश…

देहरादून 17 फरवरी। पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को कैंट रोड, देहरादून से सड़क सुरक्षा जागरूकता एवं पर्यावरण संरक्षण के उद्देश्य से आयोजित 5 किलोमीटर दौड़ का फ्लैग ऑफ किया। इस अवसर पर विभिन्न आयु वर्गों के बड़ी संख्या में प्रतिभागियों ने उत्साहपूर्वक भाग लिया।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को सड़क सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन करने और पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने की शपथ भी दिलाई। उन्होंने कहा कि यातायात नियमों का पालन करना और पर्यावरण की रक्षा करना प्रत्येक नागरिक का कर्तव्य है। यदि हम सभी जिम्मेदारी से अपने दायित्वों का निर्वहन करें, तो सड़क दुर्घटनाओं में कमी लाई जा सकती है और पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखा जा सकता है।

इस अवसर पर विधायक खजान दास, सविता कपूर तथा परिवहन विभाग के अधिकारी भी उपस्थित रहे। कार्यक्रम में युवाओं, बच्चों एवं वरिष्ठ नागरिकों की भागीदारी ने इसे जनसहभागिता का उत्सव बना दिया।
