देहरादून: आज कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित ऋषिपर्णा सभागार में जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने जनता दर्शन/जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम फरियादियों की समस्याओं को सुना। आज कुल 107 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुई, जिनमे भूमि कब्जा, अवैध अतिक्रमण,अवैध निर्माण,विधुत,पानी,सड़क निर्माण आदि से संबंधित प्राप्त हुईं। अधिकतर शिकायतों का मौके पर ही निस्तारण करने के साथ ही अन्य समस्याओं के समाधान हेतु संबंधित विभागीय अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
जिलाधिकारी ने विकासनगर से आये फरियादी जीवन सिंह ने अपने दैवीय आपदा में क्षतिग्रस्त मकान के बदले से जिलाधिकारी को अवगत कराया। जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने एसडीएम विकास नगर को एक हफ्ते में कार्यवाही से अवगत कराए जाने हेतु निर्देशित किया, साथ ही फरियादी से कहा कि समस्या का निस्तारण न हो तो सीधे उनसे मिलें फरियादी।
आराघर निवासी एक महिला ने डीएम से शिकायत करते हुए कहा कि पड़ोसी द्वारा सीवर लाईन बन्द की है जिससे उनको बड़ी परेशानी हो रही है वह महीनों से चक्कर लगा रही किन्तु समाधान नहीं हो पाया, जिस पर जिलाधिकारी ने जल संस्थान के अधिकारियों को फटकार लगाते हुए सीवर खोलते हुए अगवत कराने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही कहा कि छोटी-2 शिकायतों को विभाग अपने स्तर से निस्तारित करें, जनमानस को अनावश्यक परेशान करने तथा भटकाने वालों पर होगी कार्यवाही।
वहीं राजपुर रोड निवासी एक महिला द्वारा शिकायत की गई की दबंगो द्वारा उनकी पारिवारिक दुकान पर कब्जा कर लिया है, जिसे उन्होंने वापस दिलाने का अनुरोध किया जिस पर डीएम ने जांच कर नियमानुसार प्रभावी कार्यवाही के निर्देश दिए। वहीं एक महिला द्वारा परिजनों पर मानसिक शोषण की शिकायत की जिस पर डीएम ने सम्बन्धितों के विरूद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज कराने तथा महिला को वन स्टॉप सेन्टर में रखने के निर्देश जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी बाल विकास को दिए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि आमजन की शिकायतों और समस्याओं का समाधान करना ही उनकी सर्वाेच्च प्राथमिकता में शामिल है। जनता दर्शन/जनसुनवाई कार्यक्रम आयोजित करने का उद्देश्य भी यही है कि आमजनमानस की जो भी समस्या हैं उनका मौके पर ही त्वरित निस्तारण किया जाए।साथ ही कहा कि शिकायते लंबित ना पड़ी रहे, अधिकारी शिकायतों के समाधान के लिए कार्य करें।
इस अवसर पर अपर जिलाधिकारी प्रशासन जयभारत सिंह, अपर नगर आयुक्त नगर निगम बीर सिंह बुदियाल, उप जिलाधिकारी हरिगिरि, उप जिलाधिकारी शालिनी नेगी, जिला विकास अधिकारी सुनील कुमार, मुख्य पशु चिकित्साधिकारी डॉ विद्याधर कापड़ी, जिला पूर्ति अधिकारी के.के अग्रवाल, जिला प्रोबेशन अधिकारी मीना बिष्ट, जिला कार्यक्रम अधिकारी बाल विकास जितेन्द्र कुमार सहित लोनिवि, एमडीडीए, सिंचाई, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा, नगर निगम, विद्युत, पेयजल निगम, जल संस्थान आदि सम्बन्धित विभागों के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे तथा उप जिलाधिकारी चकराता, विकासनगर, डोईवाला, ऋषिकेश, मसूरी आदि आनलाईन जुड़े रहे।
