देहरादून: मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने उत्तर प्रदेश राजकीय निर्माण निगम (यूपीआरएनएन) को आधी-अधूरी एवं गुणवत्ताहीन निर्माणधीन आईटीआई भवनों के मामले में तत्काल नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
सीएस ने यूपीआरएनएन को आधी-अधूरी एवं गुणवत्ताहीन निर्माण कार्यों के कारण भुगतान वापसी हेतु नोटिस जारी करने तथा नोटिस का अनुपालन नही होने की दशा में उनके विरूद्ध प्राथिमिकी रिपोर्ट (एफआईआर) दर्ज करने के सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं।
इसके साथ ही मुख्य सचिव ने उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम को आईटीआई सुरक्षा निर्माण सहित सभी निर्माण कार्याे में दीर्घ अवधि के विजन तथा हॉलिस्टिक अप्रोच के साथ कार्य करने की कड़ी हिदायत दी है। उन्होंने आईटीआई के सुरक्षा निर्माण कार्याे के साथ ही ड्रेनेज सिस्टम तथा बाउण्ड्री वॉल पर भी कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
सचिवालय में आईटीआई नारसन (हरिद्वार) में सुरक्षा निर्माण कार्याे के सम्बन्ध में व्यय वित्त समिति (ईएफसी) की बैठक की अध्यक्षता के दौरान मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने 187.30 लाख रूपये के प्रोजेक्ट लागत पर अनुमोदन देते हुए उत्तराखण्ड पेयजल निगम को निर्माण कार्यों में गुणवत्ता एवं समयबद्धता पर विशेष ध्यान देने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
आईटीआई में अध्ययनरत छात्र-छात्राओं की सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती रतूड़ी ने इस प्रोजेक्ट की 10 दिन के भीतर सिंचाई विभाग से टेक्नीकल परीक्षण करवाने के बाद निर्माण कार्य आरम्भ करवाने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने अगले मानसून से पहले निर्माण कार्यों को पूरा करने तथा आईटीआई कैम्पस की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।
बैठक में अपर सचिव सी रविशंकर सहित पेयजल निगम एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद रहे।
