मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में संचालित “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” कार्यक्रम उत्तराखंड में सुशासन, संवेदनशीलता और सेवा भाव का सशक्त उदाहरण बनकर उभरा है। यह अभियान न केवल जनता की समस्याओं को सुनने का मंच बना है, बल्कि समाधान की ठोस गारंटी भी दे रहा है। राज्य के 13 जनपदों में आयोजित 144 कैंपों के माध्यम से अब तक 83,852 नागरिकों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ प्रदान किया गया है। इन शिविरों में 13,900 से अधिक शिकायतें व आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 10,478 का त्वरित निस्तारण कर सरकार ने यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है कि अब फाइलें नहीं, फैसले चलते हैं। कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत 14,920 प्रमाण पत्र मौके पर वितरित किए गए, वहीं विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं से 52,617 से अधिक लोगों को लाभ पहुँचाया गया। यह आंकड़े इस बात का प्रमाण हैं कि धामी सरकार केवल घोषणाओं तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि धरातल पर काम करने वाली सरकार है।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि “ *मेरी सरकार का संकल्प स्पष्ट है—जनता को दफ्तरों के चक्कर नहीं काटने पड़ेंगे। सरकार स्वयं जनता के द्वार तक पहुँचेगी और हर समस्या का समयबद्ध समाधान करेगी। कमजोर, वंचित और दिव्यांग किसी भी स्थिति में पीछे नहीं छूटेंगे।”*

मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि शिविरों में प्राप्त प्रत्येक शिकायत का समयबद्ध और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण सुनिश्चित किया जाए| जो लाभार्थी शिविरों तक नहीं आ सकते, अधिकारी स्वयं उनके घर जाकर समाधान करें | योजनाओं की जानकारी अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुँचाई जाए|
