देहरादून: राजधानी देहरादून की विकासखंड रायपुर में राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन के अंतर्गत समूह की महिलाओं ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी और मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के वोकल फॉर लोकल मिशन की ओर तेजी से कदम बढ़ा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना के अंतर्गत रायपुर ब्लॉक की महिलाओं ने आगामी दीपावली त्यौहार को लेकर घर की सजावट में उपयोग में आने वाली एलईडी लड़ी खुद बनाकर बाजार में उचित मूल्य पर बेच रही है। साथ ही चाइनीज़ सजावटी आइटमों के उपयोग को भी कम करने का संदेश दे रही है।
वोकल फॉर लोकल की मुहीम को आगे बढ़ाते हुए रायपुर ब्लॉक की सभी महिलाओं ने राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन की मदद लेकर 01 लाख 20 हज़ार एलईडी लड़ी के पैकेट बनाने का लक्ष्य रखा है। जिसमें से उन्होंने अभी तक 01 लाख से अधिक एलइडी लड़ी के पैकेट बनाकर बाजारों में उचित मूल्य पर बेच दी है। प्रत्येक एलईडी लड़ी के पैकेट में 12 फीट की 10 लड़िया मौजूद हैं। जिसकी पैकेजिंग भी खुद महिलाएं अपने आप मिलकर कर रही हैं। प्रत्येक पैकेट का बाजार मूल्य 1000 से 1200 रुपए है। जिसमें महिलाएं प्रत्येक पैकेट से 100 से 150 रुपए की आर्थिक आय अर्जित करने में सफल है।
एनआरएलएम द्वारा थानो न्याय पंचायत के अधीन आने वाली सभी समूह की महिलाओं को एलईडी लड़ी के प्रोजेक्ट के लिए 6 ब्याज में 12 लाख का कम्युनिटी इन्वेस्टमेंट फंड (सीआईएफ) और 0ः ब्याज में 5 लाख का कोऑपरेटिव लोन उपलब्ध कराया गया। जिसकी बदौलत विभिन्न स्वयं सहायता समूह की 300 महिलाओं ने मिलकर मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना की सराहना करते हुए ग्रामीण महिलाओं के लिए लाभदायक बताया।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा लगातार ग्रामीण महिलाओं को राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन से जोड़कर स्थानीय उत्पादों से विभिन्न प्रकार की सजावटी चीजे बनाकर अपनी आजीविका को मजबूत कर रही है। समूह की महिलाएं भी आत्मनिर्भर बनने के साथ लोकल प्रोडक्ट्स को भी ग्लोबल पहचान दिलाने में पीछे नहीं है।
दिव्य ज्योति स्वयं सहायता समूह अध्यक्ष ममता कोठियाल ने बताया कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी द्वारा मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना सच में ग्रामीण महिलाओं के लिए वरदान समान है। उन्होंने बताया कि इस योजना के अंतर्गत हमें राष्ट्रीय ग्रामीण आजीविका मिशन से 01 लाख 20 हज़ार एलईडी लाइट बनाने का टारगेट मिला था। जिसे हमने बखूबी बनाकर तैयार कर दिया है। जिसे हम अब मार्केट में भी उचित दामों में बेच रही हैं।
मुख्य विकास अधिकारी अभिनव शाह ने बताया कि त्योहार सीजन को देखते हुए रायपुर ब्लॉक के वाइब्रेट ग्रोथ सेंटर में स्वयं सहायता समूह की महिलाओं द्वारा एलईडी लाइट बनाई जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि मा0 मुख्यमंत्री के नेतृत्व में चल रही मुख्यमंत्री सशक्त बहना उत्सव योजना के अंतर्गत समूह की महिलाओं ने 10-10 के पैकेजिंग में एलईडी लाइट बनाई है, जिसे वहां बाजार में सेल कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि अलग-अलग स्थान में इन महिलाओं के स्टाल लगाए जा रहे हैं। ताकि इन सभी समूह की महिलाओं को अच्छा मार्केट मिल सके साथ ही वह आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें।
