बागेश्वर : जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने आज तहसील परिसर कांण्डा का औचक निरीक्षण किया, इस दौरान तहसीलदार निशिका आर्य उपस्थित रही। निरीक्षण में उन्होंने प्रमाण पत्रों का समय पर निर्गमन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने स्पष्ट किया कि बायोमेट्रिक उपस्थिति मशीन कार्यरत रहे और समस्त कार्मिक उपस्थिति बायोमेट्रिक से लगाना सुनिश्चित करें।
सेवा पुस्तिकाओं का त्वरित निस्तारण हो और कोई भी प्रकरण लंबित न रहे। उन्होंने अभिलेखों का संधारण अव्यवस्थित पाए जाने पर नाराजगी व्यक्त की तथा राजस्व मैनुअल का अध्ययन कर कार्य करने, सभी रजिस्टर एवं अभिलेख सुव्यवस्थित रखने, स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, सेवा का अधिकार अधिनियम का पालन करने एवं आपदा प्रबंधन सामग्री व्यवस्थित रूप से रखने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने तहसील भवन के कार्य की गुणवत्ता पर असंतोष जताते हुए कार्यदायी संस्था को शो-कॉज नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश भी दिए।
इसके पश्चात जिलाधिकारी ने सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र कांण्डा का औचक निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने दवा कक्ष, दवाओं की उपलब्धता, विभिन्न वार्डों, ओपीडी आदि की जांच की। निरीक्षण के दौरान कुछ चिकित्सकों की अनुपस्थिति पर चिकित्सा प्रभारी डॉ. दिवाकर को अनुपस्थित चिकित्सकों के विरुद्ध कारण बताओ नोटिस जारी करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने शिकरत पेटी की नियमित जांच पर जोर दिया। उन्होंने अस्पताल में स्वच्छता बनाए रखने, स्वास्थ्य संबंधी योजनाओं व नीतियों की जानकारी दीवारों पर प्रदर्शित करने एवं रोगियों को बेहतर सुविधाएं उपलब्ध कराने पर बल दिया। उन्होंने स्पर्श निर्देश दिए कि मरीजों को किसी प्रकार की असुविधा नहीं होनी चाहिए।
जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज कांण्डा का भी निरीक्षण किया। उन्होंने नवनिर्मित भवन का भ्रमण किया और स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा प्रदर्शित पुराने भवन की जर्जर स्थिति पर कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान जिलाधिकारी कांडा कन्याल गांव भी पहुंचे, जहां हाल के दिनों में मलबा गिरने से 5 परिवार प्रभावित हुए थे। उन्होंने ग्रामीणों से भेंट कर उनकी समस्याओं का संज्ञान लिया। इस अवसर पर तहसीलदार निशिका आर्य ने अवगत कराया कि प्रभावित परिवारों को राशन एवं त्रिपाल आदि सामग्री वितरित कर दी गई है तथा प्रशासन हर संभव मदद पहुंचने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
