मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि ऋषिकुल के इतने बड़े संस्थान में एक बड़ा सेन्टर बनना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि पर्यटन, अध्यात्म, शिक्षा, आयुर्वेद ज्योतिष ध्यान के क्षेत्र में एक केन्द्र बने। इसके लिए घोषण की कि मदन मोहन मालवीय राज्य शोध संस्थान की स्थापना इस ऋषिकुल में की जायेगी, जिसमें योग, ध्यान एवं अध्यात्म आदि अनेक विधाओं का अध्ययन किया जायेगा। इससे स्प्रिचुअल टूरिज्म को बढ़ाने में भी मदद मिलेगी।

उन्होंने कहा कि सात दशक की यात्रा में तपस्या एवं राष्ट्र निर्माण का संकल्प लिए एवं स्वदेशी विचारधारा को लिए हुए संगठन ने श्रमिकों के हितों को ध्यान में रखते हुए तथा भारतीय संस्कृति से युक्त राष्ट्र निर्माण में श्रमिक संगठन का बहुमूल्य योगदान रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि संगठन ने श्रम योगी से राष्ट्र योगी बनने का मार्ग प्रशस्त किया। देश की आजादी के बाद देश में संसाधनों की कमी थी लेकिन हमारे श्रमिकों द्वारा राष्ट्र निर्माण में जो कार्य किया है वह अविश्वसनीय है। आज देश में संसाधनों की कमी नहीं है।
उन्होंने कहा कि 7 दशक पूर्व देश में श्रमिकों द्वारा संचालित आंदोलनों पर विदेशी विचारधारा से प्रभावित होने के कारण स्वदेशी विचारधारा शून्य रहती थी। उस समय आंदोलनो में वंदे मातरम एवं भारत माता की जय का उद्घोष करने पर विकट स्थिति उत्पन्न हो जाया करती थी।

उन्होंने कहा विश्व का सबसे युवा देश भारत है, जिसकी आबादी का 65 प्रतिशत लोग 35 वर्ष से कम आयु के हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि यदि इस ऊर्जा को सही दिशा में लगाया गया, सही मार्गदर्शन मिलेगा तो जल्दी हमारा देश महाशक्ति के रूप में उभर सकता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी ने स्किल इण्डिया के लिए पहली बार डिपार्टमेंट बनाया। यह अभियान युवाओं को रोजगार से जोड़ने के साथ ही आत्मनिर्भर भारत अभियान में भी अपनी महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में हमारी हमारी सांस्कृति विरासत भी पुनरोत्थान की दिशा में अनेक कार्य किये जा रहे हैं।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में संशक्त समृद्ध राष्ट्र के संकल्प के साथ विकसित और आत्म निर्भर राष्ट्र बनने की दिशा में हम आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। आजादी के बाद पहली बार प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी जे के श्रमेव जयते के मन्त्र को धरातल पर उतारते हुए श्रमिकों के कल्याण के लिए व्यापक स्तर पर अनेक काम किये जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अनेक ऐंसी योजनाएं लाई जा रही हैं, जिसके कारण से समाज के अन्तिम छोर पर काम करने वाले हमारे श्रमिक भाई, उनका उत्थान हो, कल्याण हो, हर प्रकार से उनकी प्रगति हो, वह भी विकास की मुख्य धारा से जुड़ें।
उन्होंने कहा कि देश के 29 पुराने और जटिल श्रम कानूनों के सरलीकरण के उद्देश्य से उनकों चार व्यापक श्रम संहिताओं में समाहित किया गया है। ई-श्रम पोर्टल के माध्यम से असंगठित क्षेत्र के करोड़ो श्रमिकों का पंजीकरण करते हुए औपचारिक अर्थव्यवस्था से भी जोड़ा गया है। जिसके माध्यम से करोड़ो श्रमिकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा सुनिश्चित हुई है। असंगठित क्षेत्र के श्रमिकों के लिए श्रमयोगी मानधन योजनान्तर्गत एक हजार रुपये पेंशन की व्यवस्था भी की जा रही है।
