उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने हरिद्वार जनपद के लिब्बरहेड़ी में भव्य रोड शो और जनसंवाद कार्यक्रम में भाग लेकर प्रदेशवासियों को एक बार फिर यह स्पष्ट कर दिया कि उनकी राजनीति का केंद्र बिंदु जनता और जमीन से जुड़ाव है। इस ऐतिहासिक दौरे के दौरान सीएम धामी न केवल मंच से जनता को संबोधित करते दिखाई दिए, बल्कि खुद ट्रैक्टर चलाकर प्रदेश के किसानों के कठिन परिश्रम के प्रति आभार भी व्यक्त कर रहे थे।

ट्रैक्टर की सवारी: संदेशों से भरपूर एक क्षण

मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने जब पारंपरिक मंच से उतरकर ट्रैक्टर की स्टेयरिंग संभाली, तो सड़क पर उत्साह की लहर दौड़ गई। किसान, महिलाएं, बुजुर्ग और युवा – सभी यह दृश्य देखने को उमड़ पड़े। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा: किसान हमारे देश की रीढ़ हैं। जब मैं ट्रैक्टर चलाता हूं, तो यह केवल एक ड्राइव नहीं, बल्कि हमारे अन्नदाता भाइयों के परिश्रम को नमन करने का एक छोटा-सा प्रयास है। इस दृश्य ने यह स्पष्ट किया कि मुख्यमंत्री का नेतृत्व केवल योजनाओं और घोषणाओं तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि धरातल पर उतरकर सहभागी बनना उनकी शैली का अभिन्न अंग है।

समान नागरिक संहिता पर जनसंवाद

लिब्बरहेड़ी की इस यात्रा का मुख्य उद्देश्य हाल ही में उत्तराखंड में लागू की गई समान नागरिक संहिता (UCC) पर जनता का आभार प्रकट करना और इस ऐतिहासिक कानून के महत्व को जनमानस तक पहुंचाना था। मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने संबोधन में कहा: UCC न किसी मजहब के खिलाफ है और न किसी वर्ग के। यह समानता, न्याय और पारदर्शिता का मूल आधार है। यह वही सपना है जिसे बाबा साहब डॉ. आंबेडकर ने संविधान निर्माण के समय देखा था। यह कानून प्रदेश की एकता, भाईचारे और नागरिकों के समान अधिकारों की दिशा में मील का पत्थर सिद्ध होगा।

गांव, किसान और युवा — यही है धामी सरकार की प्राथमिकता

कार्यक्रम के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश सरकार की विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का भी उल्लेख किया, जिनमें किसानों को आधुनिक खेती के लिए तकनीकी प्रशिक्षण, युवा उद्यमियों के लिए स्टार्टअप योजनाएं, सिंचाई सुविधाओं का विस्तार और सड़कों व स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का उन्नयन शामिल हैं। उन्होंने कहा: हमारा लक्ष्य सिर्फ विकास करना नहीं, बल्कि विकास को गांव-गांव और व्यक्ति-व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना है।

लिब्बरहेड़ी की इस यात्रा ने साबित कर दिया कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी का नेतृत्व केवल शासकीय सीमाओं में बंधा नहीं है। वे एक जन नेता हैं, जो न केवल सुनते हैं, बल्कि जमीन पर उतरकर भागीदारी भी निभाते हैं। ट्रैक्टर की सवारी हो या समान नागरिक संहिता पर जनसंवाद — हर पहलू यह दर्शाता है कि उत्तराखंड एक नए युग की ओर अग्रसर है, जहां विकास और संवेदना दोनों साथ चलती हैं।
