उत्तरकाशी : पर्यटन विभाग के तत्वावधान में मोरी ब्लॉक के खरसाड़ी गांव में 10 दिवसीय एडवेंचर फाउंडेशन कोर्स का संचालित किया जा रहा है। जिलाधिकारी डॉ. मेहरबान सिंह बिष्ट के निर्देशानुसार पर्यटन विभाग का एक्सपीडीशन हॉस्टल खरसाड़ी में पहली बार जिला योजना की एडवेंचर टूरिज्म मद से इस प्रशिक्षण का आयोजन किया गया है।
स्थानीय युवाओं को साहसिक खेलों से संबंधित गतिविधियों की प्रारंभिक जानकारी देकर उन्हें इस क्षेत्र में आगे बढने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने हेतु आयोजित इस प्रशिक्षण में जिले के मोरी, पुरोला व नौगांव ब्लॉक के 40 युवक व युवतियां भाग ले रहे हैं।
साहसिक खेल अधिकारी मोहम्मद अली खान के निर्देशन के संचालित इस शिविर में एनआईएम से प्रशिक्षित आठ महिला व पुरूष प्रशिक्षक दौरान विभिन्न साहसिक गतिविधियों का प्रशिक्षण दे रहे हैं। प्रशिक्षण के दौरान प्रतिभागियों को संचार, आपदा प्रबंधन व डिजीटल मार्केटिंग की जानकारी दिए जाने की व्यवस्था भी की गई है। इस प्रशिक्षण शिविर का उद्घाटन डीएफओ टौंस वन प्रभाग डीपी बलूनी, जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी केके जोशी तथा द्वारा किया गया।
