मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरु नानक जी की जयंती एवं कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के अवसर पर प्रदेशवासियों को शुभकामनाएं दी है। इस अवसर पर जारी अपने संदेश में मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सिख धर्म के प्रथम गुरु गुरुनानक देव जी ने हमें सच्चाई, न्याय और मानवता की राह पर चलने की प्रेरणा दी है।
उन्होंने कहा कि गुरु नानक जी ने समाज की बुराइयों को दूर करने के लिए अपने उपदेशों एवं शिक्षा के माध्यम से लोगों को जागरूक किया। गुरु नानक जी के उपदेश हमें समाज में भाईचारा, सद्भाव और एकता को बढ़ावा देने की भी प्रेरणा देते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गुरु नानक देव जी ने समाज में ऊंच नीच, भेदभाव, वैमनस्यता को दूर करने के लिए अथक प्रयास किए। उनकी शिक्षा आज भी प्रासंगिक है और समाज का मार्गदर्शन कर रही है। उनके उपदेशों में मानव कल्याण की कामना की गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेशवासियों से अपील की कि हमें इस पावन अवसर पर गुरुनानक देवजी के संदेशों को आत्मसात कर मानव कल्याण तथा देश-प्रदेश की उन्नति में भागीदारी निभाने का संकल्प लेना होगा।
