राज्य महिला आयोग के 19 वें स्थापना दिवस पर आयोग अध्यक्ष ने गिनाई उपलब्धियां…

आज उत्तराखण्ड राज्य महिला आयोग के 19वें स्थापना दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में राज्य महिला आयोग द्वारा मीडिया सेन्टर सचिवालय, उत्तराखण्ड, देहरादून में आयोजित पत्रकार वार्ता में आयोग की अध्यक्ष कुसुम कण्डवाल ने पत्रकारों को संबोधित किया।

पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए आयोग की अध्यक्ष ने सभी को आयोग के 19 वें स्थापना दिवस , ईगास की शुभकामनाएं भी दी। पत्रकार वार्ता के दौरान आयोग अध्यक्ष ने महिला आयोग द्वारा किये जा रहे कार्यों का ब्यौरा भी रखा था आयोग की उपलब्धियां भी गिनाई।

उन्होंने बताया की आयोग द्वारा राज्य की सभी जेलों का निरीक्षण किया गया जिसमें महिला बन्दियों की स्तिथि व उन्हें मिलने वाली मूलभूत सुविधाओं का जायजा लिया तथा राज्य में आईजी कारागार को सभी जेलों में महिला बन्दियों को अलग अलग कार्यों के प्रशिक्षण दिए जाने के निर्देश भी दिए है, साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि आयोग द्वारा समय समय पर वन स्टॉप सेंटर, महिला चिकित्सालय, छात्रावास, महिला हेल्प डेस्क व महिला हेल्पलाइन का भी निरिक्षण किया गया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आयोग द्वारा विभिन्न जिलों में जिला स्तरीय विभागीय अधिकारियों को सरकार द्वारा महिला हित मे संचालित विभिन्न योजनाओं की समीक्षा बैठक ली गयी है व मोनिटरिंग की जा रही है। साथ ही उन्होंने बताया कि महिला आयोग द्वारा प्रदेश के समस्त जिलाधिकारियों को पत्र भेजकर सभी विभागों में जहां चार या चार से अधिक महिला कर्मचारी कार्यरत है वहां उनके मानसिक या शारीरिक शोषण से निपटारे के लिए आईसीसी कमेटी गठित करने के व उससे आयोग को अवगत कराते उसकी मोनिटरिंग के आदेश दिए है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आज आयोग दूरस्थ व ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों की महिलाओं के बीच जाकर उन्हें उनके अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूक कर रहा है व उनकी समस्या में पीड़ित महिलाओं के साथ हर संभव सहायता करते हुए उन्हें न्याय दिला रहा है।

वहीं आयोग की अध्यक्ष कुसुम कण्डवाल ने इस अवसर पर राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी व कैबिनेट मंत्री श्रीमती रेखा आर्या का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि राज्य महिला आयोग के लिए यह बड़ी उपलब्धि है कि सरकार ने महिला आयोग द्वारा तैयार राज्य महिला नीति के फाइनल ड्राफ्ट को स्वीकार करते हुए जल्द ही राज्य में महिला नीति लागू करने की घोषणा की है।

यह बहुत ही हर्ष का विषय है क्योंकि यह नीति राज्य की महिलाओं को हर प्रकार से सशक्त करेगी, चाहे वह वर्किंग वूमेन हो, चाहे सिंगल वूमेन या चाहे दूरस्थ क्षेत्र की पर्वतीय महिला या ग्रामीण या महानगरों में रहने वाली महिला।

वहीं आयोग की अध्यक्ष ने पत्रकारों को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि आज राज्य में विभिन्न जगहों पर संचालित स्पा व मसाज पार्लरों में युवतियों और महिलाओं को जबरन अनैतिक देह व्यापार की ओर धकेला जा रहा है। एक बार महिला इस दलदल में फंस जाती है तो उसे समाज मे पुनः स्थापित करना आयोग व सरकार के लिए एक चैलेंज बन जाता है, आयोग इसकी निंदा करता है।

आयोग अध्यक्ष ने कहा की मसाज पार्लर स्पा सेंटर एवं फिजियोथेरिप सेंटर का रजिस्ट्रेशन अनिवार्य रूप से हो उनमें यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए की महिला की मसाज महिला और पुरुष की मसाज पुरुष करें, क्रॉस जेण्डर मसाज न हों। वहीं इस बात का भी ध्यान रखा जाए की कर्मचारी डिग्री डिप्लोमा प्रशिक्षित हो और बालिग हों। स्पा में रखे जाने वाली महिला या पुरुष कर्मचारी का नजदीकी थाने में सत्यापन किया जाए।

इसके लिए आयोग ने एक नई गाइडलाइन एसओपी तैयार की है जिसके क्रियान्वयन के लिए आयोग द्वारा गाइडलाइन को शासन स्तर पर भेजा गया है।

इस दौरान कुसुम कण्डवाल ने कहा कि राज्य महिला आयोग, महिला सुरक्षा के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। महिला अधिकारों व सुरक्षा के विभिन्न मुद्दों पर आयोग दृढ़ता से कार्य कर रहा है ओर आयोग का उद्देश्य है कि राज्य की महिलाओं को हर प्रकार सशक्त किया जाए ताकि महिलांए हर क्षेत्र में समानरूप से प्रतिभाग करें।

वही आयोग की अध्यक्ष ने समस्त पत्रकार बंधुओ मीडिया कर्मियों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि आयोग द्वारा किए गए कार्यों को उनके द्वारा समाज में मीडिया के माध्यम से प्रचारित व प्रसारित किया गया है जिससे कि समाज की महिलाएं जागरूक हो रही है आयोग के कार्यों तथा अपने अधिकारों को जान रही है।

पत्रकार वार्ता में आयोग की अध्यक्ष ने आयोग के द्वारा वर्ष 2023-24 की वार्षिकी का लोकार्पण भी किया गया। इस दौरान राज्य महिला आयोग की सदस्य सचिव श्रीमती उर्वशी चौहान, विधि अधिकारी श्री दयाराम सिंह, आधार वर्मा भी उपस्थित रहे।
