बैठक में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था,सफाई, जलपान, पार्किग,स्टेज व्यवस्था, हैलीपैड व्यवस्था, एलईडी, बैरिकेटिंग, शौचालय, वीआईपी, मीडिया पास व्यवस्था,पार्किंग आदि की व्यवस्थाओं के सम्बन्ध में विस्तृत जानकारी ली। आयुक्त ने कहा कहा 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों के समापन प्रबन्ध में कोई कमी है तो उसे समय रहते पूर्ण कर लिया जाए। उन्होंने कहा समापन समारोह भव्य हो।

आयुक्त ने कहा कि सभी अधिकारी टीमवर्क की तरह कार्य करें। उन्होंने कहा कि शौचालय की साफ सफाई की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए, इसके लिए शौचालय में सफाई कर्मचारी ड्रेसकोड में मौजूद रहेंगे। उन्होंने कहा विभिन्न स्थानों पर जहां पार्किंग बनाई गई है वहा पेयजल, शौचालय एवं विद्युत व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए। उन्होंने कहा प्रदेश के अन्य जनपदों से जो गणमान्य एवं वीआईपी लोग आ रहे हैं उनके रात्रि की ठहरने की उचित व्यवस्था कर ली जाए। आयुक्त ने कहा कि जहां अवैध रूप से होर्डिग्स लगे है उन्हें भी हटवाना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा जिन स्थानों पर बैरिकेटिंग लगनी है वह स्थान समय से सुनिश्चित कर लिये जांए।

बैठक मे जिलाधिकारी वंदना ने बताया कि 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों का समापन भव्य एवं ऐतिहासिक हो इसके लिए सभी अधिकारियों को दायित्व सौंपे गये हैं। जिलाधिकारी ने बताया कि स्टेडियम के बाहर विभिन्न स्थानों पर 8 पार्किंग स्थल बनाये गये है जिसमें लगभग 2500 वाहनों के पार्किंग की व्यवस्था की गई है।

उन्होंने बताया लोगों को स्टेडियम तक लाने के लिए 350 शटल बस सेवा के द्वारा लोगों को विभिन्न स्थानो से लाया जायेगा। उन्हांेने कहा वीआईपी, गणमान्य एवं मीडिया पास के द्वारा ही प्रवेश कर सकते हैं साथ ही उन्होंने कहा पास बनवाने की सभी व्यवस्थायें कर ली गई हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि स्टेडियम में लगभग 12000 लोगों की बैठने की व्यवस्था की गई है।
