मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण अभियान कार्यकर्ताओं को सिखाता है कि चुनौतियों को अवसर में कैसे बदला जाए और समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचकर उसे विकास की मुख्यधारा से कैसे जोड़ा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता अब झूठ, भ्रम और खोखले वादों पर विश्वास नहीं करती, बल्कि काम और सकारात्मक बदलाव को महत्व देती है।

रोजगार के मुद्दे पर उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य गठन के बाद 25 वर्षों में 42 हजार से अधिक सरकारी नौकरियां दी गईं, जिनमें से 28 हजार नौकरियां पिछले चार वर्षों में नकल निरोधक कानून के तहत पारदर्शी तरीके से प्रदान की गईं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा केवल चुनावी राजनीति तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि समाज के मार्गदर्शन की भूमिका भी निभाती है।
