देहरादून, 17 फरवरी। भारतीय जनता पार्टी के पंडित दीनदयाल उपाध्याय प्रशिक्षण महाअभियान के अंतर्गत आयोजित प्रदेश प्रशिक्षण योजना बैठक में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण कार्यकर्ताओं में नई ऊर्जा, उत्साह और सकारात्मक परिवर्तन लाने का माध्यम है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा एकमात्र ऐसी पार्टी है जिसके संगठनात्मक कार्यक्रम निरंतर और व्यवस्थित रूप से चलते रहते हैं, और यही कारण है कि भारतीय जनता पार्टी आज विश्व की सबसे बड़ी राजनीतिक पार्टी के रूप में स्थापित हुई है।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह प्रशिक्षण अभियान कार्यकर्ताओं को सिखाता है कि चुनौतियों को अवसर में कैसे बदला जाए और समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचकर उसे विकास की मुख्यधारा से कैसे जोड़ा जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि जनता अब झूठ, भ्रम और खोखले वादों पर विश्वास नहीं करती, बल्कि काम और सकारात्मक बदलाव को महत्व देती है।

रोजगार के मुद्दे पर उन्होंने बताया कि राज्य गठन के बाद 25 वर्षों में 42 हजार से अधिक सरकारी नौकरियां दी गईं, जिनमें से 28 हजार नौकरियां पिछले चार वर्षों में नकल निरोधक कानून के तहत पारदर्शी तरीके से प्रदान की गईं। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा केवल चुनावी राजनीति तक सीमित नहीं, बल्कि समाज के मार्गदर्शन की भूमिका भी निभाती है।

संगठन से राष्ट्र निर्माण का लक्ष्य: अमरपाल क्षेत्रीय प्रशिक्षण प्रभारी अमरपाल मौर्य ने कहा कि कार्यकर्ता निर्माण से संगठन निर्माण और संगठन निर्माण से राष्ट्र निर्माण की अवधारणा को साकार करने के उद्देश्य से यह अभियान चलाया जा रहा है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रशिक्षण के तहत संगठन का वैचारिक अधिष्ठान, एकात्म मानववाद दर्शन, सांस्कृतिक राष्ट्रवाद, संगठन का इतिहास, कार्यपद्धति, बूथ प्रबंधन और स्थायी कार्यक्रमों जैसे विषयों पर विस्तार से चर्चा की जाएगी।

समापन सत्र को संबोधित करते हुए प्रदेश अध्यक्ष एवं राज्यसभा सांसद महेंद्र भट्ट ने कहा कि प्रशिक्षण कार्यकर्ताओं को कुशल, संवेदनशील और जागरूक बनाता है। उन्होंने कहा कि भाजपा का लक्ष्य केवल वोट प्राप्त करना नहीं, बल्कि जनता का विश्वास अर्जित करना है। समय-समय पर आयोजित प्रशिक्षण श्रृंखला ही पार्टी को विश्व की सबसे बड़ी और श्रेष्ठ पार्टी बनाती है।

प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों की रूपरेखा
प्रदेश महामंत्री संगठन अजेय कुमार ने बताया कि 24 फरवरी को कुमाऊं मंडल और 26 फरवरी को गढ़वाल मंडल की प्रशिक्षण कार्यशालाएं आयोजित होंगी। इसके अतिरिक्त 7 से 14 अप्रैल के मध्य मंडल प्रशिक्षण वर्ग आयोजित किए जाएंगे। बूथ स्तर से लेकर प्रदेश स्तर तक बहुस्तरीय प्रशिक्षण सत्रों की विस्तृत रूपरेखा तैयार की गई है, जिसमें रात्रि प्रवास सहित गहन अध्ययन सत्र होंगे। बैठक में प्रदेश महामंत्री कुंदन परिहार, तरुण बंसल, दीप्ति रावत, नेहा जोशी, रमेश चौहान सहित अनेक विधायक, पदाधिकारी और जिला प्रतिनिधि उपस्थित रहे।
