देहरादून, 11 जून। जिलाधिकारी डाक्टर आशीष चौहान ने जनपद में स्वच्छता एवं कूड़ा प्रबंधन व्यवस्था को अधिक प्रभावी और परिणामकारी बनाने के लिए सभी नगर निकायों, कैंटोनमेंट बोर्डों और जिला पंचायत को कूड़ा निस्तारण हेतु अल्पकालिक एवं दीर्घकालिक कार्ययोजना तैयार करने के निर्देश दिए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि कूड़ा उठान और निस्तारण कार्यों की माइक्रो स्तर पर निगरानी की जाएगी तथा अधिकारियों की जवाबदेही भी तय की जाएगी।
कलेक्ट्रेट स्थित एनआईसी सभागार से आयोजित वर्चुअल समीक्षा बैठक में जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि स्वच्छ एवं स्वस्थ वातावरण के लिए सभी विभागों को टीम भावना के साथ कार्य करना होगा। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को केवल कार्यालयों तक सीमित न रहकर जमीनी स्तर पर जाकर वास्तविक स्थिति का आकलन करने और व्यावहारिक समाधान विकसित करने के निर्देश दिए।
डीएम ने कहा कि प्रत्येक निकाय अपने क्षेत्र में ऐसे स्थानों को चिन्हित करे जहां नियमित रूप से कूड़ा डंप किया जा रहा है और वहां स्थायी समाधान के लिए प्रभावी कार्ययोजना तैयार कर कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करे। साथ ही कूड़ा संग्रहण, परिवहन और निस्तारण की व्यवस्थाओं को और मजबूत बनाया जाए तथा स्वच्छता संबंधी शिकायतों का त्वरित निस्तारण किया जाए।
सोशल मीडिया के जरिए दर्ज करा सकेंगे शिकायतें
जिलाधिकारी ने जनपदवासियों से स्वच्छता अभियान में सक्रिय भागीदारी की अपील करते हुए कहा कि नागरिक स्ट्रीट लाइट, यातायात सिग्नल, साइन बोर्ड, सड़क, नाली, कूड़ा तथा अन्य जनसुविधाओं से जुड़ी समस्याओं की फोटो, लोकेशन और विवरण के साथ डीआईपीआर देहरादून के फेसबुक एवं इंस्टाग्राम पेज पर टैग कर सकते हैं। प्राप्त शिकायतों और सूचनाओं पर संबंधित विभागों द्वारा प्रभावी कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी (वित्त एवं राजस्व) के के मिश्रा, उप जिलाधिकारी डोईवाला अर्पणा डोडियाल सहित अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे। वहीं नगर निगम, नगर निकायों, कैंटोनमेंट बोर्डों एवं संबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी वर्चुअल माध्यम से बैठक में शामिल हुए।
