यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड के निदेशक मंडल की 132वीं बोर्ड बैठक आज मुख्य सचिव उत्तराखण्ड शासन एवं अध्यक्ष यूजेवीएन लिमिटेड की अध्यक्षता में सचिवालय में आयोजित की गई। बैठक में निदेशक मंडल द्वारा निगम के मानव संसाधन, परिचालन, परियोजनाओं एवं अन्य विषयों से जुड़े अनेक प्रस्तावों पर विचार‐विमर्श किया गया।
निदेशक मंडल द्वारा निगम के स्थायी एवं अस्थायी पदों के पुनर्गठन के प्रस्ताव को स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई।
निदेशक मंडल द्वारा के नई परियोजनाओं के तकनीकी आकलन एवं मार्गदर्शन हेतु विशेषज्ञ तकनीकी समूह के गठन के प्रस्ताव को भी स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। यह समूह परियोजनाओं की तकनीकी व्यवहार्यता, डिजाइन तथा क्रियान्वयन से संबंधित सुझाव प्रदान करेगा। विशेषज्ञ तकनीकी समूह द्वारा सीमांत जनपद पिथौरागढ़ में प्रस्तावित 114 मेगावॉट की सेला-उर्थिंग जलविद्युत परियोजना के साथ ही 102 मेगावॉट की मोरी-त्यूनी जलविद्युत परियोजना व अन्य परियोजनाओं पर भी आवश्यकतानुसार कार्य किया जाएगा।
बैठक में मनेरी भाली द्वितीय चरण के जोशीयाड़ा बैराज के डाउनस्ट्रीम में जल प्रवाह को न्यूनतम करने से संबन्धित कार्यों की संशोधित लागत एवं प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति के प्रस्ताव को भी पारित कर दिया गया। निदेशक मंडल द्वारा मोरी त्यूनी परियोजना हेतू परामर्शदात्री सेवाएं लेने के प्रस्ताव पर भी सहमति जताई गई। इसी क्रम में 300 मेगावॉट क्षमता वाली लखवाड़ परियोजना के विद्युत यांत्रिक कार्यों हेतु अद्यतन लागत व संशोधित प्रशासनिक स्वीकृति के प्रस्ताव को भी बैठक में स्वीकृति प्रदान की गई। चमोली जनपद में स्थित 3 मेगावॉट क्षमता वाली उर्गम लघु जल विद्युत परियोजना के पुनरोद्धार हेतु विस्तृत परियोजना रिपोर्ट व निवेश योजना के प्रस्ताव को भी बैठक में अनुमोदित कर दिया गया।
72 मेगावाट की त्यूनी प्लासु परियोजना में विद्युत यांत्रिक उपकरणों की स्थापना हेतु निविदा आमंत्रित करने के प्रस्ताव को भी निदेशक मंडल द्वारा स्वीकृत कर दिया गया। पिथौरागढ़ जनपद में श्यामखोलागाड़ नदी पर 12 मेगावॉट की तांकुल परियोजना के सिविल डिजाइन व इंजीनियरिंग हेतु वित्तीय स्वीकृति प्रदान कर दी गई। निदेशक मंडल ने उत्तराखण्ड विद्युत नियामक आयोग के 2025 विनियमों में बैटरी आधारित ऊर्जा भंडारण टैरिफ व ट्रेडिंग मार्जिन संबंधी प्रावधानों पर समीक्षा याचिका दायर करने की अनुमति भी प्रदान की। सौर परियोजनाओं की वाणिज्यिक संचालन तिथि विस्तार न मिलने से जुड़े मुद्दे पर भी निदेशक मंडल द्वारा उत्तराखएड विद्युत नियामक आयोग में समीक्षा याचिका दाखिल करने के प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दी। निदेशक मंडल के समक्ष वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के विद्युत उत्पादन का विवरण भी रखा गया जिसके अनुसार वर्तमान तक निगम के विद्युत गृह अपने लक्ष्य से 84 मिलियन यूनिट अआगे चल रहे हैं।
