डॉ निर्देश की सूझबूझ से महिला को मिला नया जीवन…

डॉक्टर को भगवान का दूसरा रूप क्यों कहा जाता है इसकी नजीर जनपद रुद्रप्रयाग के चिकित्सकों ने पेश की है। जिला अस्पताल रुद्रप्रयाग के एनेस्थेटिक डॉक्टर डॉ. निर्देश कुमार की सूझबूझ और अन्य डॉक्टर एवं नर्सिंग स्टाफ की त्वरित कार्यवाही से एक बेहद क्रिटिकल केस से जूझ रही महिला को नया जीवन मिल सका।

महिला के लिए देवदूत बनकर आए जिला अस्पताल रुद्रप्रयाग के डॉक्टर, नर्सिंग स्टाफ सहित अन्य लोगों को महिला के परिवार ने तो धन्यवाद दिया ही स्थानीय लोग भी खूब सराहना कर रहे हैं।

बीते रोज रविवार रात कार्नुअल एक्टोपिक प्रेग्नेंसी (सीईपी) से जूझ रही 24 वर्षीय एक महिला को कर्णप्रयाग अस्पताल से श्रीनगर बेस अस्पताल के लिए रेफर किया गया। एंबुलेंस का टेक्निकल स्टाफ रात करीब साढ़े 8 बजे ऑक्सीजन रिफिल करवाने के लिए जिला अस्पताल रुद्रप्रयाग में पहुंचा।

इसी वक्त डॉ निर्देश एक मरीज को देखने के लिए जा रहे थे। एम्बुलेंस ड्राइवर एवं टेक्निकल स्टाफ से मरीज के बारे में पूछा तो उन्होंने स्थिति की गंभीरता बताते हुए अस्पताल से ऑक्सीजन जल्दी दिलाने में मदद मांगी। डॉ निर्देश ने ऑक्सीजन लेने के दौरान मरीज को वार्ड में रखने की सलाह देते हुए मरीज को अन्य अनिवार्य फ्ल्यूड चढ़ाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की। फ्ल्यूड चढ़ाने के दौरान जब डॉ निर्देश को महिला की पल्स और बीपी नहीं मिली तो महिला की जान जाने के खतरे का अंदेशा भांपते हुए उन्होंने संबधित डॉक्टरों को सूचित कर राय मांगी।

स्त्री रोग विशेषज्ञ डॉ सोनालिनी सिंह सहित अन्य डॉक्टरों ने एकमत से महिला को ईलाज देना तय किया। आनन- फानन में प्रेग्नेंसी एवं अन्य टेस्ट करवाए गए। महिला को दो यूनिट ब्लड चढ़ाने के बाद उनकी पल्स और बीपी कुछ सामान्य हुए। इसके बाद अल्ट्रासाउंड करने पर बच्चेदानी में बच्चे का कोई ट्रेस नहीं मिला तो डॉक्टरों ने कार्नुअल एक्टोपिक प्रेग्नेंसी (सीईपी) की संभावना देखते हुए महिला का ऑपरेशन करने का निर्णय लिया।

ऑपरेशन से ठीक पहले महिला के ब्लड ग्रुप का ब्लड नहीं मिलने की समस्या सामने आ गई। मौके पर मौजूद पैथोलॉजिस्ट डॉ. मनीष कुमार ने बताया कि उनकी धर्मपत्नी का ब्लड ग्रुप महिला से मैच करता है। उन्होंने अपनी पत्नी डॉ श्वेतांगी जखमोला को केस की जानकारी दी तो वह तुरंत रक्तदान करने पहुंची। रात 11 बजे बाद महिला का ऑपरेशन शुरू हुआ ऑपरेशन में कॉर्नुअल एक्टोपिक प्रेग्नेंसी (सीईपी) मिली कई जगह पर फैलोपियन ट्यूब रप्चर (क्षतिग्रस्त) भी पाई गई और पेट में खून भी भरा हुआ था। महिला का ऑपरेशन सफल रहा और अब वह खतरे से बाहर है। नया जीवन मिलने पर उनके पूरे परिवार ने जिला अस्पताल रुद्रप्रयाग के डॉक्टरों, नर्सिंग स्टाफ और अन्य स्टाफ को धन्यवाद दिया।

पर्यटन अधिकारी और एसडीएम रुद्रप्रयाग की त्वरित कार्रवाई से बची मरीज की जान
एक दूसरे मेडिकल इमरजेंसी के केस में जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी राहुल चौबे और उप जिलाधिकारी रुद्रप्रयाग आशीष घिल्डियाल की त्वरित कार्यवाही से एक मरीज का जीवन बच गया। केदार सभा के अध्यक्ष राजकुमार तिवारी ने बीते रोज दोपहर करीब 12 बजे जिला पर्यटन अधिकारी को सूचना दी कि उनके क्षेत्र के एक व्यक्ति को मायोकार्डियल इन्फ्रक्शन (एमआई) हो गया है और रुद्रप्रयाग में एक निजी अस्पताल में उनका ईलाज चल रहा है जहां से एम्स ऋषिकेश के लिए उन्हें रेफर किया जा रहा है।

पर्यटन अधिकारी ने जिलाधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार को इसकी सूचना दी उन्होंने उप जिलाधिकारी रुद्रप्रयाग को त्वरित कार्यवाही करते हुए एम्स ऋषिकेश से संपर्क कर एयर एम्बुलेंस मंगवाने के निर्देश दिए। पर्यटन अधिकारी और एसडीएम द्वारा सही समय पर की गई कार्यवाही के बाद एम्स ऋषिकेश से हेली एम्बुलेंस रवाना हुई। दूसरी ओर मरीज को श्रीनगर के लिए रवाना कर दिया गया। एम्स ऋषिकेश की हेली एम्बुलेंस श्रीनगर में ही लैंड की गई जहां से मरीज को रेस्क्यू कर एम्स में उचित ईलाज दिया गया और अब मरीज खतरे से बाहर सामान्य स्थिति में है।

जिलाधिकारी सौरभ गहरवार ने डॉक्टर और अधिकारियों के समर्पण की सराहना करते हुए सभी लोगों को ऐसे लोगों से सीख लेने की अपील की। इधर मरीजों के परिजन सहित स्थानीय लोग जिला प्रशासन एवं चिकित्सकों द्वारा किए गए प्रयासों की सराहना कर रहे हैं। स्थानीय लोगों का कहना था कि ऐसे अधिकारी एवं कर्मचारियों की बदौलत ही स्थानीय लोगों का प्रशासन एवं अधिकारियों पर भरोसा बढ़ता है। लोग खुद को सुरक्षित तो महसूस करते हैं।
