देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल की अध्यक्षता में क्लेक्ट्रेट सभागार में जिला स्तरीय राजस्व संवर्धन एवं अनुश्रवण समिति की मासिक बैठक हुई। जिसमें रेखीय विभागों को वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए निर्धारित राजस्व लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने एवं कर अपवर्चन व राजस्व हानि की रोकथाम हेतु आवश्यक कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए गए।
जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि राज्य के लिए गवर्नेस (सुशासन) तभी महत्वपूर्ण होता है जब राजस्व उपलब्ध हो, क्योंकि राजस्व ही राज्य के विकास, सेवाओं और बुनियादी ढांचे को चलाने के लिए आवश्यक धन प्रदान करता है।
जिलाधिकारी ने कर राजस्व एवं गैर कर राजस्व हेतु शासन द्वारा विभागों के लिए निर्धारित लक्ष्य हासिल करने और राजस्व स्रोतों को बढ़ाने के निर्देश दिए। जिलाधिकारी ने कहा कि कर की चोरी करने वालों पर नजर रखी जाए। कर की चोरी रोकने के लिए रेखीय विभाग समय-समय पर अपने क्षेत्रान्तर्गत निरीक्षण करते हुए आवश्यक कार्रवाई सुनिश्चित करें। किसी भी दशा में राजस्व की हानि न हो, इसका पूरा ध्यान रखा जाए।
जिलाधिकारी ने बाट माप, खनन एवं परिवहन विभाग को प्रवर्तन की कार्रवाई में तेजी लाने, विद्युत एवं पेयजल विभाग को उपभोक्ताओं के कनेक्शनों का मिलान करते हुए बिजली व पानी की चोरी पर अंकुश लगाने और राजस्व संवर्धन हेतु प्रभावी कदम उठाने के निर्देश दिए। इसके अलावा आबकारी, वन विभाग, सिंचाई विभाग को राजस्व संवर्धन को लेकर निर्धारित लक्ष्यों को समय सीमा के भीतर प्राप्त करने के निर्देश दिए।
अपर जिलाधिकारी केके मिश्रा ने वित्तीय वर्ष 2024-25 निर्धारित लक्ष्य एवं विभागीय आय का तुलनात्मक विवरण और वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 के लिए विभागीय आय हेतु निर्धारित लक्ष्यों की जानकारी दी। बैठक में अधीक्षण अभियंता सिंचाई संजय राज, एसडीएफओ उदय गौर, एसडीएफओ अभिषेक मैठाणी, एडीसीओ रश्मि भट्ट, खनन अधिकारी नवीन सिंह, श्रम अधिकारी दीपक कुमार सहित पेयजल, विद्युत, परिवहन, स्टाम्प एवं निबंधन, नगर निगम एवं अन्य रेखीय विभागों के अधिकारी मौजूद थे।
