ड्रग फ्री उत्तराखंड की ओर तेजी से बढ़ रहा है राज्य- मुख्यमंत्री धामी

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने केंद्रीय गृहमंत्री अमित शाह की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा विषय पर आयोजित क्षेत्रीय सम्मेलन में वर्चुअल प्रतिभाग किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने उत्तराखंड में मादक पदार्थों की रोकथाम के संबंध में की गई प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई, विशेष अभियानों और लक्ष्यों की जानकारी दी।

उन्होंने कहा कि 2025 तक ड्रग्स फ्री उत्तराखंड के अपने संकल्प पर हम तेजी से आगे बढ़ रहे हैं तथा 2047 तक विकसित भारत और नशामुक्त भारत बनाने में सहयोग करने के लिए राज्य में अनेक स्तर पर विविध प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।

उन्होंने कहा कि मादक तस्करी और राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा दोनों विषय आपस में जुड़े हुए हैं। युवा का नशे की ओर जाना न केवल राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा बल्कि सामाजिक विघटन का भी कारण बन सकता है। इसी को देखते हुए राज्य में संस्थागत, प्रवर्तन और जागरूकता तीनों स्तर पर प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं। मादक पदार्थों की तस्करी और इसके अवैध व्यापार में लगे हुए पेशेवर अपराधियों पर सक्ति से नकेल कसी जा रही है।

एंटी नार्काेटिंग टास्क फोर्स के माध्यम से प्रवर्तन की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। एन.डी.पी.एस. (नारकोटिक्स ड्रग्स एंड साइकॉट्रॉपिक पदार्थ, अधिनियम) के अंतर्गत नशे में संलग्न अपराधियों पर कानूनी कार्रवाई की जा रही है। नशे की जद में आए हुए लोगों को मुख्यधारा में वापस लाने के लिए जनपद में पुनर्वास केंद्रों की स्थापना की गई है। नशे के सौदागरों पर कड़ी कार्रवाई करने के लिए कड़े कानूनी प्रावधान किए गए हैं।

नशे के विरुद्ध जन – जागरूकता अभियान के अंतर्गत महिला मंगल दलों और युवा मंगल दलों को भी साथ लेते हुए विशेष जागरूकता अभियान चलाए जा रहे हैं। दुरुस्त क्षेत्रों तक जन- जागरूकता शिविर लगाए जा रहे हैं। कारागारों और विद्यालयों में काउंसलरों की नियुक्ति की गई है। टोल फ्री हेल्पलाइन नंबर जारी किया गया है।

विगत वर्ष में 2183 जागरूकता रैली, 1050 गोष्ठियां, 75 नुक्कड़ नाटक और 10 मैराथन इत्यादि का आयोजन किया गया। जिसके माध्यम से तीन लाख से अधिक छात्र-छात्राओं और लोगों को सीधे तौर पर जागरूक किया गया। सरकार, विभागों और विभिन्न संस्थाओं के संस्थागत और व्यक्तिगत दोनों तरह के प्रयासों और समन्वय से नशामुक्ति के विरुद्ध वर्तमान समय में भी लगातार प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
