देहरादून: आयुक्त गढवाल विनय शंकर पाण्डेय ने मंथन सभागार में विभिन्न कार्यदायी संस्थाओं द्वारा देहरादून शहर के मार्गों पर रोड़ कटिंग कार्यों की समीक्षा बैठक की। बैठक में मा0 विधायक रायपुर उमेश शर्मा (काऊ), जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल, अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एंव राजस्व के.के मिश्रा सहित सम्बन्धित विभागों एवं कार्यदायी संस्थाओं के अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
आयुक्त गढवाल मंडल विनय शंकर पाण्डेय ने देहरादून शहर के मार्गों पर रोड़ कटिंग कार्य की प्रगति की समीक्षा करते हुए निर्देश दिए कि जहां कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके है वहां रोड का गुणवत्ता के अनुसार सुधार कर दिया जाए तथा जहां कार्य उपरान्त सड़क का समतलीकरण किया जा रहा है वहां बरसात के दौरान सड़क धसाव को तत्काल ठीक करते हुए सुरक्षा उपाय कर दिए जाएं तथा जिन अनुमतियों पर कार्य प्रारम्भ नही हुआ है वहां 15 सितम्बर तक नए कार्य शुरू न किए जाएं।
उन्होंने यूयूएसडीए के अधिकारियों को चेतावनी दी कि वे संचालित निर्माण कार्यों को एक सप्ताह के भीतर पूर्ण करते हुए निर्माण के लिए खोदी गई सड़कों ठीक करें, एक सप्ताह में उनके द्वारा मौका मुआवना किया जाएगा लापरवाही पाए जाने सख्त कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
बताया गया कि शहर में निर्माण कार्यों 94 मार्ग प्रभावित है, जिनमें 55 कार्य पूर्ण हो गया है 31 में कार्य प्रगति पर हैं तथा 8 में कार्य अभी प्रारम्भ नही हुए हैं, जिस पर निर्देश दिए कि जिन स्थानों पर कार्य पूर्ण हो गए हैं वहा सड़क को गुणवत्तापूर्वक समतलीकरण करें तथा जिन पर कार्य प्रगति पर यथाशीघ्र कार्य पूर्ण करें, जहां कार्य आरम्भ नही किए गए हैं ऐसे स्थानों पर 15 सितम्बर के बाद ही कार्य शुरू किए जाएं।
इस अवसर पर मा0 विधायक रायपुर उमेश शर्मा काऊ द्वारा उनके क्षेत्र में चल रहे निर्माण कार्यों के लिए खोदी गई सड़कों पेयजल लाईन क्षतिग्रस्त होने की बात कही जिस पर सम्बन्धित विभागों को निर्देशित किया गया कि निर्माण कार्यों के दौरान अन्य योजनाओं के क्षतिग्रस्त होने की दशा में तत्काल सुधारीकरण किया जाए। ऐसी शिकायत आने पर सम्बन्धित के विरूद्ध कार्यवाही की जाएगी।
