कनिष्ठ सहायक संवर्ग के पदों की लिखित प्रतियोगी परीक्षा के लिए जिले में 07 परीक्षा केन्द्र बनाए गए हैं। जिसमें 2589 अभ्यर्थी शामिल होंगे।

जिलाधिकारी आशीष भटगांई ने शुक्रवार को कलेक्ट्रेट सभागार में उत्तराखण्ड अधीनस्थ सेवा चयन आयोग की ओर से रविवार 19 जनवरी को कनिष्ठ सहायक संवर्ग की भर्ती परीक्षा को सुचितापूर्ण, नकल विहीन एवं शांतिपूर्ण ढंग से संपन्न कराने को लेकर सभी केन्द्र व्यवस्थापकों एवं सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेटों के साथ बैठक कर आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए।

जिलाधिकारी ने केन्द्र व्यवस्थापकों को परीक्षा केन्द्र में फर्नीचर, विद्युत, पेयजल एवं शौचालय के साथ ही उचित पार्किंग की व्यवस्था करने के निर्देश दिए। कहा कि इस बात का ध्यान रखें कि कोई भी परीक्षार्थी परीक्षा केंद्र के अंदर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक डिवाइस, मोबाइल फोन, स्मार्ट घड़ी सहित अन्य सामाग्री न ले जा पाये, अभ्यर्थियों के सामान की सुरक्षा के लिए क्लॉक रूम बनाया जाय, जिसमें उनका सामान रखा जाय।

उन्होंने पुलिस विभाग के अधिकारियों को परीक्षा केंद्रों पर पेपर होने से पूर्व व पेपर समाप्त होने पर तैनाती बनाने के निर्देश दिये। कहा कि सेक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों के परीक्षा केंद्रों की निगरानी बनाये रखें। उन्होंने संबंधित अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि कोषागार से पेपर ले जाते समय पूरी पुलिस बल भी तैनात रखें।

उन्होंने सभी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया पारदर्शिता के साथ परीक्षा सम्पन्न करवाएं। परीक्षा केन्द्र में ड्यूटी में तैनात कार्मिकों और परीक्षार्थी के अलावा कोई भी अनाधिकृत व्यक्ति प्रवेश न करे, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाय।

बता दें कि कनिष्ठ सहायक संवर्ग की भर्ती परीक्षा के लिए बागेश्वर में 04 व गरूड़ में 03 परीक्षा केद्र बनाये गए हैं। जिसमें जनपद के 2589 अभ्यर्थी सम्मलित होंगे।

बैठक में अपर जिलाधिकारी एनएस नबियाल, उपजिलाधिकारी जितेंद्र वर्मा, मुख्य शिक्षा अधिकारी जीएस सौन समेत सैक्टर मजिस्ट्रेट व केंद्र व्यवस्थापक मौजूद रहे।
