रुद्रप्रयाग: केदारनाथ विधानसभा उपचुनाव के लिए चुनाव प्रचार अंतिम चरणों में पहुँच गया है। आज मुख्यमंत्री धामी भी चुनाव प्रचार के लिए रुद्रप्रयाग जनपद भ्रमण पर हैं। उन्होंने चन्द्रनगर में आयोजित जनसभा को सम्बोधित करते हुए भाजपा प्रत्याशी श्रीमती आशा नौटियाल जी को प्रचंड मतों से विजयी बनाने की अपील की।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि पिछले 3 वर्षों से निरंतर केदारनाथ धाम में आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या नए कीर्तिमान स्थापित कर रही है जिससे क्षेत्र में सैकड़ों करोड़ का व्यवसाय हुआ है एवं स्थानीय लोगों के लिए रोजगार के नए द्वार खुले हैं। डबल इंजन सरकार द्वारा किए गए अभूतपूर्व कार्यों के फलस्वरूप पूर्ण विश्वास है कि उपचुनाव में यहाँ की जनता रिकॉर्ड मतों से भाजपा को विजयी बनाने का कार्य करेगी।
उन्होंने कांग्रेस पार्टी पर आरोप लगाते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस ने हमेशा इस क्षेत्र और प्रदेश की भावना को आहत किया है। उनकी राजनीति विभाजनकारी रही है और उनकी सोच सनातन संस्कृति के विरोध में रही है। जब-जब उत्तराखण्ड पर संकट आया, तब कांग्रेस ने केवल राजनीति की और लोगों को भ्रमित करने का प्रयास किया।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी के नेतृत्व में पिछले 10 वर्षों में केदारनाथ विधानसभा में अभूतपूर्व विकास कार्य किए गए हैं। मुझे पूर्ण विश्वास है कि इस उपचुनाव में देवतुल्य जनता भाजपा द्वारा किए गए विकास कार्यों पर विश्वासरूपी मुहर लगाते हुए पुनः कमल खिलाने जा रही है। आज मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने सबसे पहले त्रियुगीनारायण मंदिर में पूजा-अर्चना कर प्रदेशवासियों के सुख-समृद्धि व मंगल की कामना की।
