आज परिवहन विभाग के द्वारा प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई करते हुए 42 वाहनों के चालान किए गए और 04 वाहनों को सीज किए गए । सहायक संभागीय परिवहन अधिकारी प्रवर्तन श्री जितेंद्र सांगवान के द्वारा हल्द्वानी -भीमताल -अल्मोड़ा एवं परिवहम कर अधिकारी गोविंद सिंह के द्वारा हल्द्वानी -रुद्रपुर मार्ग पर चैंकिंग अभियान चलाया।
चेकिंग के दौरान ओवर स्पीड, ओवरलोडिंग, नो पार्किंग, सीट बेल्ट, हेलमेट, रिफ्लेक्टर, फिटनेस , परमिट शर्तो के उल्लंघन आदि के अभियोग में ई-रिक्शा, टैक्सी, मैक्सी, बस, ऑटो आदि वाहनों पर प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई की गई । प्रपत्र प्रस्तुत न करने की अभियोग में दो ई रिक्शा तथा दो टैक्सी मैक्सी वाहनों को सीज किया गया। प्रवर्तन कार्रवाई के दौरान परिवहन उप निरीक्षक श्री रामचंद्र, श्री गिरीश कांडपाल, श्री चंदन देला, श्री चंदन सूपयाल , श्री अनिल कार्की एवं श्री महेंद्र कुमार आदि उपस्थित रहे।
