मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने हरिद्वार जनपद के बुग्गावाला में एमबी फूड्स द्वारा विकसित ‘मशरूम ग्राम’ का शुभारंभ किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहल किसानों की आय बढ़ाने, ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को सशक्त करने और कृषि क्षेत्र में नवाचार को प्रोत्साहित करने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण कदम है। मुख्यमंत्री ने एमबी फूड्स की टीम के प्रयासों की सराहना करते हुए कहा कि मशरूम उत्पादन कम भूमि, कम जल और कम समय में अधिक लाभ देने वाला प्रभावी उद्यम है, जिससे किसान अतिरिक्त आय अर्जित कर सकते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस परियोजना के माध्यम से स्थानीय युवाओं और महिलाओं को स्वरोज़गार के नए अवसर प्राप्त होंगे तथा स्वयं सहायता समूहों को भी आर्थिक मजबूती मिलेगी। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि ‘मशरूम ग्राम’ मॉडल राज्य के अन्य क्षेत्रों के लिए भी प्रेरणास्रोत बनेगा और कृषि आधारित उद्यमिता को नई दिशा प्रदान करेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेंद्र मोदी के दूरदर्शी नेतृत्व में देश ‘विकसित भारत’ के संकल्प को साकार करने की दिशा में तेज़ी से आगे बढ़ रहा है। केंद्र सरकार किसानों की आय दोगुनी करने के लक्ष्य के साथ निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि प्रधानमंत्री किसान सम्मान निधि योजना के तहत देशभर के 11 करोड़ किसानों को आर्थिक सहायता दी जा रही है, जिसमें उत्तराखंड के लगभग 9 लाख किसान भी लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं। साथ ही न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य में वृद्धि, प्रधानमंत्री फसल बीमा योजना और मृदा स्वास्थ्य कार्ड जैसी योजनाओं से किसानों को व्यापक लाभ मिल रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि किसान मानधन योजना, मिलेट मिशन, बागवानी विकास मिशन, कृषि यंत्र सब्सिडी, बूंद-बूंद सिंचाई योजना और डिजिटल कृषि मिशन जैसी योजनाएं किसानों को सशक्त बना रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि इस वर्ष के बजट में किसान क्रेडिट कार्ड की सीमा को तीन लाख रुपये से बढ़ाकर पाँच लाख रुपये करना किसानों के लिए एक ऐतिहासिक निर्णय है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार भी किसानों के उत्थान के लिए पूरी प्रतिबद्धता के साथ कार्य कर रही है। फार्म मशीनरी बैंक योजना के अंतर्गत कृषि उपकरणों पर 80 प्रतिशत तक सब्सिडी, तीन लाख रुपये तक ब्याजमुक्त ऋण तथा नहरों से मुफ्त सिंचाई की सुविधा दी जा रही है। उन्होंने बताया कि किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के उद्देश्य से पॉलीहाउस निर्माण हेतु 200 करोड़ रुपये का प्रावधान किया गया है, जिसके तहत अब तक लगभग 350 पॉलीहाउस स्थापित किए जा चुके हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि गेहूं खरीद पर प्रति क्विंटल 20 रुपये का बोनस, गन्ने के दामों में 30 रुपये प्रति क्विंटल की वृद्धि, नई सेब नीति, कीवी नीति, स्टेट मिलेट मिशन और ड्रैगन फ्रूट नीति जैसी योजनाएं राज्य में कृषि और बागवानी को नई ऊंचाइयों तक ले जा रही हैं। इसके साथ ही ‘महक क्रांति’ के माध्यम से सुगंध फसलों की खेती को बढ़ावा देकर हजारों किसानों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ पहुंचाया जा रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ‘हाउस ऑफ हिमालयाज’ ब्रांड के माध्यम से राज्य के स्थानीय कृषि उत्पादों को राष्ट्रीय और अंतरराष्ट्रीय स्तर पर पहचान दिलाने का कार्य किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इन सभी प्रयासों से उत्तराखंड कृषि क्षेत्र में आत्मनिर्भर बनेगा और किसानों की समृद्धि सुनिश्चित होगी।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में मुख्यमंत्री ने बुग्गावाला और हरिद्वार क्षेत्र के नागरिकों से सरकार के प्रयासों में सहयोग की अपील करते हुए कहा कि जनसहभागिता के माध्यम से ही देवभूमि उत्तराखंड को कृषि सहित सभी क्षेत्रों में अग्रणी राज्य बनाया जा सकता है।
