हरेला पर्व पर हरियाली का संकल्प, खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग उत्तराखंड में किया गया पौधारोपण

उत्तराखंड की पारंपरिक संस्कृति और प्रकृति से जुड़ा प्रमुख त्योहार हरेला पर्व सोमवार को खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग में पूरे उत्साह और पर्यावरणीय चेतना के साथ मनाया गया। इस अवसर पर अपर आयुक्त खाद्य संरक्षा एवं औषधि प्रशासन विभाग तथा ड्रग कंट्रोलर श्री ताजबर सिंह जग्गी के नेतृत्व में विभागीय परिसर में पौधारोपण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में विभाग के सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने बढ़-चढ़कर हिस्सा लिया और विभिन्न प्रकार के छायादार व औषधीय पौधे लगाए। सभी ने यह संकल्प भी लिया कि वे न केवल इन पौधों की देखभाल करेंगे, बल्कि पर्यावरण संरक्षण के प्रति जन जागरूकता भी फैलाएंगे।

अपर आयुक्त ताजबर सिंह जग्गी का वक्तव्य इस अवसर पर श्री ताजबर सिंह जग्गी ने कहा हरेला केवल एक पर्व नहीं, बल्कि हमारी संस्कृति और प्रकृति से जुड़ने का एक सशक्त माध्यम है। वृक्षारोपण हमारे पर्यावरण को संरक्षित करने के साथ ही आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए स्वच्छ और हरित जीवन सुनिश्चित करता है। यह हम सभी का नैतिक और सामाजिक दायित्व है कि हम प्रकृति के संरक्षण में सक्रिय भूमिका निभाएं। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि विभाग का प्रयास रहेगा कि हर वर्ष हरेला जैसे पर्वों पर पर्यावरणीय गतिविधियों को और अधिक संगठित व व्यापक रूप में मनाया जाए। उन्होंने अन्य विभागों और संस्थानों से भी अपील की कि वे इस परंपरा को निभाते हुए ज्यादा से ज्यादा वृक्ष लगाएं और पर्यावरण को सुरक्षित रखने में सहभागी बनें।

पौधारोपण के बाद उपस्थित सभी अधिकारियों और कर्मचारियों ने पर्यावरण संरक्षण, पौधों की देखभाल और प्लास्टिक के कम उपयोग का संकल्प लिया। कार्यक्रम में विशेष रूप से औषधीय पौधों जैसे आंवला, नीम, गिलोय और अशोक के पौधों को प्राथमिकता दी गई। विभाग द्वारा की गई इस हरित पहल की न केवल विभागीय स्तर पर बल्कि राज्य स्तर पर भी सराहना हो रही है। यह कार्यक्रम न केवल एक औपचारिक आयोजन था, बल्कि एक गंभीर संदेश भी कि सरकारी विभाग भी पर्यावरण संरक्षण में अग्रणी भूमिका निभा सकते हैं।
