रूद्रप्रयाग: 38वें राष्ट्रीय खेलों के सफल आयोजन के लिए व्यापक स्तर पर प्रचार प्रसार किया जा रहा है। राष्ट्रीय खेलों की मशाल तेजस्वनी चमोली जनपद भ्रमण के बाद आज रूद्रप्रयाग जनपद में प्रवेश हो गई हैं।
पुलिस लाइन रतूड़ा रूद्रप्रयाग में पुलिस उपाधीक्षक विकास पुडीर, प्रभारी जिला क्रीड़ा अधिकारी मनोज चौहान, जिला युवा कल्याण अधिकारी वरद जोशी, प्रभारी जिला सूचना अधिकारी रती लाल शाह सहित तमाम गणमन्य व्यक्तियों एवं खेल प्रेमियों द्वारा तेजस्वनी मशाल का भव्य स्वागत किया गया।
इसके बाद मशाल रतूड़ा, सुमेरपुर तिलणी, रूद्रप्रयाग बाजार, तिलवाड़ा होते हुए खेल मैदान अगस्त्यमुनि पहुंची। राष्ट्रीय खेलों के प्रति लोगों को जोड़ने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया। मशाल तेजस्वनी के जिले में पहुँचने पर लोगों में खासा उत्साह दिखा।
प्रभारी जिला क्रीड़ा अधिकारी मनोज चौहान ने कहा कि तेजस्वनी मशाल 12 जनवरी को अगस्त्यमुनि से रोड शो विजयनगर, व वापसी अगस्त्यमुनि। फिर अगस्त्यमुनि से चन्द्रापुरी, बांसवाड़ा, भीरी, उखीमठ पहुंचेगी व रात्रि विश्राम अगस्त्यमुनि क्रीड़ा भवन अगस्त्यमुनि में किया जायेगा। 13 जनवरी को अगस्त्यमुनि से रामपुर, तिलवाड़ा, बायपास गुलाबराय, बेलणी, विकास भवन कलेक्ट्रेट से होते हुए वापस तिलवाड़ा से जखोली में रात्रि विश्राम करेगी।
14 जनवरी को 10:00 बजे तेजस्वनी मशाल ब्लॉक मुख्यालय जखोली से इंटर कॉलेज रामाश्रम, इंटर कॉलेज बजीरा, फतेडू बाजार होते हुए चिरबटिया पहुंचेगी। जहाँ से मशाल टिहरी गढ़वाल को सौंपी जायेगी।
इस अवसर पर कोच आलोक नेगी, क्षेत्रीय युवा कल्याण अधिकारी राधिका, पुलिस जवान, खेल प्रेमी, प्रेस प्रतिनिधि व आम जन मौजूद रहे।
