देहरादून: उत्तराखंड को विश्व क्षय रोग (टीबी) दिवस के अवसर पर विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में आयोजित समारोह में टीबी उन्मूलन के अंतर्गत “टीबी मुक्त पंचायत पहल” में समुदाय-आधारित प्रयासों के माध्यम से टीबी उन्मूलन में उत्कृष्ट प्रदर्शन के लिए यह सम्मान दिया गया।

यह प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कार केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण तथा रसायन एवं उर्वरक मंत्री, श्री जगत प्रकाश नड्डा द्वारा राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन (एनएचएम), उत्तराखंड की मिशन निदेशक, स्वाति एस. भदौरिया को प्रदान किया गया। यह सम्मान उत्तराखंड सरकार की जमीनी स्तर पर टीबी उन्मूलन हेतु समर्पित प्रतिबद्धता को दर्शाता है।

उत्तराखंड की इस उपलब्धि से राज्य के स्वास्थ्य विभाग और जमीनी स्तर पर कार्यरत स्वास्थ्य कर्मियों का मनोबल बढ़ा है। यह पहल भविष्य में टीबी उन्मूलन के लक्ष्य को हासिल करने में एक महत्वपूर्ण मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।

स्वाति एस. भदौरिया, मिशन निदेशक, राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन ने कहा कि, माननीय मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी जी एवं माननीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ धन सिंह रावत जी के मार्गदर्शन में टीबी उन्मूलन कार्यक्रम का सफल संचालन किया जा रहा है, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप उत्तराखंड को राष्ट्रीय स्तर पर स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय भारत सरकार द्वारा सम्मानित किया गया है।

मिशन निदेशक ने इस सम्मान पर प्रसन्नता व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि यह उपलब्धि राज्य सरकार, स्वास्थ्य विभाग, स्थानीय प्रशासन, आशा कार्यकर्ताओं, पंचायती राज संस्थाओं, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं और समुदाय के संयुक्त प्रयासों का परिणाम है। उन्होंने कहा कि “टीबी मुक्त पंचायत पहल” के अंतर्गत जमीनी स्तर पर व्यापक जागरूकता, त्वरित पहचान, बेहतर उपचार और समुदाय की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए विशेष प्रयास किए गए हैं। राज्य में टी.बी. उन्मूलन हेतु प्रभावी ट्रैकिंग सिस्टम और मल्टी-सेक्टोरल एप्रोच को अपनाया जा रहा है।

उन्होंने आगे कहा कि उत्तराखंड में टीबी उन्मूलन को एक जन आंदोलन के रूप में अपनाया गया है, जहां ग्राम पंचायतों को सशक्त बनाया गया है ताकि वे अपने स्तर पर टीबी के मामलों की निगरानी और नियंत्रण कर सकें। “निक्षय मित्र योजना” के माध्यम से निजी संगठनों, जनप्रतिनिधियों और सामाजिक कार्यकर्ताओं को जोड़ा गया, जिससे मरीजों को पोषण और सामाजिक समर्थन मिला।
