देहरादून: सूबे के बेरोजगार युवाओं के लिये खुशखबरी है। प्रदेश के सहकारी बैंकों में शीघ्र ही भारत सरकार के उपक्रम आईबीपीएस के माध्यम से 177 पदों पर भर्ती होने जा रही है। सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने इस भर्ती प्रस्ताव को अपनी मंजूरी दे दी है। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने और शीघ्र ही भर्ती विज्ञापन जारी करने के निर्देश दिये।
सूबे के सहकारिता मंत्री डॉ. धन सिंह रावत ने बताया कि सहकारिता विभाग के अंतर्गत जिला सहकारी बैंकों एवं राज्य सहकारी बैंकों के वर्ग-1, 2 एवं 3 के कुल रिक्त 177 पदों पर शीघ्र भर्ती की जायेगी। जिसमें वर्ग-1 के अंतर्गत वरिष्ठ शाखा प्रबंधक के 8 पद, वर्ग-2 में कनिष्ठ शाखा प्रबंधक के 65 पद और वर्ग-3 के तहत लिपिक/कैशियर के 104 पद शामिल हैं। विभागीय मंत्री ने बताया कि राज्य सरकार ने इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को पारदर्शी और प्रभावी बनाने के लिये इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ बैंकिंग पर्सनल सलेक्शन (आईबीपीएस) को जिम्मेदारी सौंपी है। उन्होंने कहा कि केन्द्रीय उपक्रम आईबीपीएस के माध्यम से पारदर्शिता तरीके से सहकारिता विभाग में दो बार भर्ती हो चुकी है।
आईबीपीएस भारत सरकार का एकमात्र संस्था है जो राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों के कार्मिकों की भर्ती करती है। उत्तराखंड देश का पहला राज्य है जो सहकारी बैंक के कार्मिकों की भर्ती के लिये इसी संस्था को चुना है ताकि पारदर्शिता तारीके से भर्ती की जा सके और योग्य युवाओं को मौका मिल सके। उन्होंने विभागीय अधिकारियों को भर्ती प्रक्रिया में तेजी लाने और शीघ्र ही आईबीपीएस के माध्यम से इसका भर्ती विज्ञापन जारी करने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि इस भर्ती का उद्देश्य सहकारी बैकों में रिक्त पदों को भरकर उनकी कार्यक्षमता को और बढ़ाना है।
डॉ. रावत ने बताया कि प्रदेश में सहकारी बैंकों का प्रदर्शन लगातार सुधर रहा है, अधिकतर सहकारी बैंक लाभ की स्थिति में है और बैंकों का एनपीए भी काफी कम हुआ है। उन्होंने बताया कि जिला सहकारी एवं राज्य सरकारी बैंकों में वित्तीय लेन-देन पहले की तुलना में तेजी से बढ़ रहा है, निजी व राष्ट्रीयकृत बैंकों की भांति सहकारी बैंकों में भी बैंकिंग सुविधाएं बढ़ाई गई हैं, जगह-जगह नये एटीएम खोले गये हैं, चारधाम यात्रा मार्ग, पर्यटक स्थलों व दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में मोबाइल एटीएम वैन के माध्यम से सेवाएं दी जा रही है। इसके अलावा बैंकों द्वारा उपभोक्ताओं को नेट बैंकिंग की भी सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जा रही है। साथ ही अन्य बैंकिंग सुविधाओं पर भी बैंक फोकस कर रहे हैं। जिससे सहकारी बैंकों पर उपभोक्ता का भरोसा बढ़ रहा है। सहकारी बैंकों में उपभोक्ताओं को आसान दरों पर ऋण भी उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है, इसके अलावा विभिन्न सहकारी योजनाओं का लाभ भी आम लोगों को बैंकों के माध्यम से दिया जा रहा है।
