डीएम ने किया कमिटमेंट पूरा; फंड जारी; युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करने के एजेंसियों को निर्देश

देहरादून: जिलाधिकारी सविन बसंल का आपदाग्रस्त क्षेत्र बटोली दौरे क्षेत्र के लिए कारगर साबित हुआ जहां डीएम ने क्षेत्रवासियों की वर्षों पुरानी विद्युत, पेयजल समस्या का समाधान के लिए बजट जारी कर दिया है।

क्षेत्र में जंगल के बीच में गुजर रही विद्युत लाईन बाधित हो जाती थी जिसका स्थायी समाधान हेतु जिलाधिकारी ने धनराशि जारी कर दी है। इसी प्रकार पाईप लाईन छोटी होने के कारण पेयजल समस्या बनी रहती थी जिसका स्थायी समाधान करते हुए बड़ी पेयजल लाईन के लिए 3.79 लाख की धनराशि जारी कर दी है, युद्धस्तर पर कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए गए है। जिलाधिकारी ने एक सप्ताह के भीतर ही अपना कमिटमेंट पूर्ण करते हुए क्षेत्रवासियों को वर्षों पुरानी विद्युत, पेयजल समस्या से स्थायी समाधान कर दिया है।

सहसपुर ब्लाक में मिसराज पट्टी के सुदूरवर्ती आपदा प्रभावित गांव बटोली की पेयजल योजना निर्माण हेतु जिला प्रशासन ने धनराशि जारी कर दी है। जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने बटोली पेयजल योजना की स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए पेयजल संसाधन विकास एवं निर्माण शाखा को 3.79 लाख की धनराशि अवमुक्त करते हुए शीघ्र योजना को पूर्ण करने के निर्देश जारी किए है।

मिसराज पट्टी के सुदूरवर्ती गांव बटोली का सड़क संपर्क टूटने पर जिलाधिकारी सविन बंसल ने प्रभावितों के बीच पहुंचकर उनकी समस्याएं सुनी थी। इस दौरान डीएम ने प्रभावितों के प्रति पूरी संवेदना व्यक्त करते हुए मौके पर ही प्रत्येक परिवार को 4-4 हजार प्रतिमाह की दर से तीन महीने के लिए एडवांस धनराशि भी जारी की थी। जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने बटोली गांव में शिविर लगाया गया।

अतिवृष्टि के कारण खाई युक्त बने टीले में परिवर्तित शेरू खाला के रास्ता, जिसे बनाने में महीनों का समय लगता, जिला प्रशासन ने रातों रात रास्ता तैयार कराने के साथ ही वैकल्पिक मार्ग भी बनाया गया। वर्षाकाल में पूरे 03 महीने तक रास्ता सुचारू रखने के लिए क्षेत्र 24×7 मैनपावर मशीनरी भी तैनात की गई है। तथा अस्थायी हैलीपेड निर्माण को भूमि चयन आदि कार्यवाही कर ली गई है।

जिलाधिकारी ने ग्रामीणों को प्रशासन की ओर से हर संभव सहायता का भरोसा दिलाया था। इस क्रम में आपदा प्रभावित गांव की पेयजल योजना को भी जिलाधिकारी ने अविलंब स्वीकृति प्रदान करते हुए धनराशि अवमुक्त करा दी है। जिला पंचायत के अपर मुख्य अधिकारी ने बताया कि अपर जिलाधिकारी के निर्देशों पर योजना की पत्रावली 21 जुलाई को जिलाधिकारी को प्रस्तुत की गई थी।

जिस पर जिलाधिकारी की स्वीकृति मिलने के बाद कार्यदायी संस्था पेयजल संसाधन विकास एवं निर्माण शाखा को 3.79 लाख की धनराशि अवमुक्त कर दी गई है। अपर मुख्य अधिकारी ने कार्यदायी संस्था को कार्य पूर्ण होने के उपरांत जीओ टैग फोटोग्राफ के साथ उपयोगिता प्रमाण पत्र जिला पंचायत को उपलब्ध कराने को कहा है।
